Luckily I had service so I could watch some streaming while waiting. The tv was hooked up to a roku but was just on the screensaver so that wasn't too much action going on there. They don't post their prices on the wall of certain jobs such as oil change, tire balancing, etc they verbally say what the cost will be. By law in Pennsylvania approval from the customer should give consent by signature, prior to the work being performed. They did not do that.
