I could not be more pleased with the service and work from Simpson Plumbing. My water heater stopped working (not a pilot light problem) and we had no hot water for about a week. I called Simpson Plumbing mid-day and explained the problem. After some over-the-phone diagnostics, I was given a firm quote and they were at my house at 4pm. Called Brandon on Friday morning with a toilet repair in my rental home which was scheduled for a next day tenant walk-through. Cant say enough great things about Simpson plumbing! Our hot water heater was going. I called Simpson to check it out. I told them how old our HWH was, size of our house,bed/baths. Ashley told me they might come out in a few hours! I was shocked,it was 3pm. I told her tomorrow was fine. I got an email from them with a detailed estimate for a new one a couple hours after I spoke to her. I called her and asked why did I get that when they haven't even looked at it. She said our HWH was beyond the end of its expected life. I googled it and she was right. I clicked the approved button on the email to just replace, not diagnose. I spoke to a neighbor who did a bunch of research and told me Simpsons is legit with great equipment, not cheapy stuff and he had a great experience. I hate how it takes 5mins to heat the shower. Very reputable company! I just had my water heater go out and I braced myself for the big repair costs to come! Two people (who's names I can't remember, sorry to them) came out to inspect my water heater and give me a quote. After inspecting my water heater they checked the wires in front and were able to get my water heater to start again. He could have easily told me it's not working and I would have not been the wiser as that's what the PG&E repairman has told me when my pilot light wouldn't stay lit. My wife was referred to this company by a friend and we will now refer our friends to them after this great experience! read more

Brandon and his apprentice came out to snake the bathtub drain in my new (old) home but quickly determined the problem was in the sewer line. They worked hard for hours cleaning out that drain (roots, wipes, telephone wire!) -- all the while staying within their original estimate. They were professional, friendly, and tidy. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Simpson Plumbing. I had previously used a different plumber regarding an ongoing issue I've been having with my toilet. The other plumber told me there was something inorganic that was stuck and the only way to fix it was to first put a camera down there to figure out the problem. So when it clogged again I was dreading a $300 bill just to figure out the problem. Simpson plumbers came out and fixed it immediately. They ran the snake down the toilet. They unclogged it. They said there was no inorganic matter down there. And they gave me options for future consideration, since I do have an older toilet. I'm a totally happy camper. Nate from Simpson came out to swap out our water valves when we were updating our master bath. He also gave us a great resource on finding replacements for our hard to fit basins. Brandon came out to switch out our gas shut off valves when we were upgrading our dryer and took a look at a problem in our Master bathroom shower. Superb Service! Came out three straight days due to needs involving new flooring. On the 2nd visit the toilet I purchased was cracked.
