Consistently superb service! We awoke on a Sunday to no water in our entire home so put in a call to Simpson, a company we had used in the past. They were able to squeeze us in on Monday and Taylor worked diligently and quickly to determine and remedy the issue. Not only did he replace some old pipes but he promised not to leave 'until we could take a shower'- and he kept that promise. He cleaned out every input into the house as well as our outdoor hose connections, since they had also been clogged with resin from our blown water softener. This is about a water heater Simpson Plumbing install for me a few years ago. I noticed that some of the joints were corroding very badly. I had my current plumber come out and take a look. Apparently the Simpson plumber had connect galvanized metal fittings with copper fittings. This apparently is a bad idea because it causes the corrosion I was seeing. When Simpson install the water heater originally they did an ok job but were unable to get the re circulation pump to work correctly. So after numerous tries I had to hire someone else to complete the job. To be fair this was a number of years ago, 4 or so, and they may be much better now. But, that was my experience and my recent call to get this fixed I thought justified me writing this review. read more

From all the positive reviews it's probably a good company but I did not get a chance to hire. A guy came out to give me a quote on a tankless water heater. He said he would email me the quote but never heard from him again. I waited 3 days and nothing. UPDATE: Simpson contacted me to say that there was a quote but for some reason I did not get it. Simpson Plumbing managed a major plumbing job for us. They performed a trenchless sewer line replacement in a way that minimized the impact to the well landscaped garden. Brandon Simpson came out to inspect and estimate the job. He was very easy to converse with and was patient and clear when speaking with my elderly father. He educated us about the nature of the repairs, how they would go about the different phases of the job and was accurate in description of how it eventually transpired. There were some uncertainties involved that wouldn't be known until the pipe was excavated and he explained the possibilities and was flexible about how we (as clients) might wish to proceed at different stages of the job. Once we had a working understanding of the task he gave us a cost estimate which was quite reasonable. Even though a few unexpected difficulties emerged he never once suggested additional fees or costs. His crews were hardworking, effective and efficient. When caught out by an unexpected manpower issue Brandon, Ashley and the rest did all they could do to keep us informed and satisfied. In summary I wouldn't hesitate to call Simpson Plumbing again for any and all of my plumbing needs. I wish all home service vendors were as good as Simpson Plumbing. read more

We had a broken hot water line under the slab foundation and contacted Simpson Plumbing. Communication with their office was very easy using the online appointment system, phone, and email. Nate and Mario arrived on time to start the job, found the leak, and sleeved the copper line with Pex pipe. Mr. Simpson removed a shower unit and installed a bathtub with shower combination for us in our upstairs bathroom remodel project. With some difficult plumbing connections to be made due to the drain location change of fixture types, Brandon went way out of his way to make the necessary connections without taking the easy way out and cutting an opening in the ceiling of the first floor and causing additional unexpected costs to the project. Brandon came to my house in January/February of 2016 after being called by our landloard because of a clogged drain, he ended up having to run new pipes. He was professional and on time. Mr. Simpson of Simpson plumbing repaired the line that went from our dish washer to the drain. When the garbage disposal was installed the guy did not remove the plug and the water was coming out of the air vent. Mr. Simpson knew right away what was wrong.
