It might be the best massage on earth but we won't ever know because they use a booking app that they don't read. Will definitely go elsewhere in the future. Super unprofessional and the reaction by the massage therapist was really flippant like it didn't matter. This was going to be my husband's father's day treat since we spent the actual weeks around father's day in the hospital with our daughter so this was just a huge bummer.

The massage itself was great. My entire body is very sore like I'm made up of 1 gigantic bruise so I was expecting it to be a really painful massage. I got this massage 3 days ago and have for the first time in literal years slept through the entire night without waking up. We conversed throughout the entire massage. I'm sure some people may want to sit in quiet but not me. TLDR; Best of the best masseuse. Highly recommend. He's very interactive with his clients which I enjoy.

The room is nicely decorated, with soft music playing, and Sandi made sure to ask what areas were bothering me, and what I was looking for in my massage (what style of massage, how firm a touch I wanted, etc.). She did a skillful job of working out all the tension from my very stiff muscles and also of seeking occasional feedback to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Looking for a great massage? I had my first massage with Sandi yesterday morning. The atmosphere of her massage room was so peaceful, perfect for a massage. She knew exactly what spots needed special focus, the pressure was just perfect, and she checked in periodically to see if it was too much or too little pressure. My comfort was her number one concern. She even made sure the room was at the perfect temperature, making sure I wasn't too cold or warm. I will definitely being go back for more massages from Sandi.

I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.
