They look custom because each build is designed for your space only. Yes, you chose the materials, the lighting, the hardware, the style etc. but technically they aren't custom because an expert furniture maker didn't come in an build every piece by hand. To some that is important. To mere mortals not so much given the price for custom made furniture. Enough said. Their design and installation was fantastic and done on time. Subsequent follow up for "fine tuning" was likewise and always with a smile. Today two service staff came over for a quick, easy and minor repair. They came on time and while fixing the original issue looked over the whole install and found one little item we never noticed and repaired it. Additionally we had our entire 3 car garage done as well and that also received the look over. Ken and RalphI believe but I could be wrong --deserve gold stars. You will not be disappointed.
