Annie is amazing professional organizer. She takes this skill next level with her listening and observation skills, compassion, empathy and decisive, and analysis of the situation. She listens to what the client is asking and observes the space to see if they match, and if not, will give kind guidance for the right solution. Annie is compassionate and respectful of her clients. I met her at a time of crisis and knew that if I could get my new home is some type of order it would aid in my healing. She was compassionate with where belongings could go as well as be respectful that some items may be too difficult to part with or even look at during that time. Annie has empathy when people are making decisions on purging or sorting however decisive and keeps things on track and moving. When sorting through some emotional items I knew I couldn't and some I could, Annie helped guide me to the ones I could part with and let go. Most importantly Annie can look at a space and talk with you and do a pretty quick analysis of what the options are to make it work. And if it isn't a quick scenario she will be transparent. We hired Annie to help sort and organize our two car garage, which due to a quick move into our home, had turned into a very full, disorganized storage locker where we could not even park our cars. Annie was kind and super efficient in helping sort what we wanted to keep vs. donate/throw away, taking donate/throw away items to the appropriate places and organizing what had been huge mounds of boxes and other items we had not touched since we moved into our home. She has great ideas about what organization systems will work best to maximize space while still looking nice and not breaking the bank. Annie spent a whole day finishing unpacking from my move.
