She was incredibly thorough when preparing the estimate, carefully calculating the packing supplies, number of movers, and overall logistics. She even had Bill come out to assess my new home and determined that because of my narrow mountain driveway, they would need to use two smaller trucks instead of one large truck. That level of planning made all the difference. The moving crews arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were organized, professional, and asked thoughtful questions whenever needed to ensure everything went smoothly. In addition to moving my household, they disassembled seven industrial storage racks in my garage and reassembled some in my new garage and others in the space above the garage. Every container was clearly labeled so the correct items went upstairs or into the garage, making unpacking much easier. I especially appreciated how accommodating the movers were with furniture placement. They were patient and willing to adjust pieces until everything was lined up exactly where I wanted it.
