They look custom because each build is designed for your space only. Yes, you chose the materials, the lighting, the hardware, the style etc. but technically they aren't custom because an expert furniture maker didn't come in an build every piece by hand. To some that is important. To mere mortals not so much given the price for custom made furniture. Enough said. Their design and installation was fantastic and done on time. Subsequent follow up for "fine tuning" was likewise and always with a smile. Today two service staff came over for a quick, easy and minor repair. They came on time and while fixing the original issue looked over the whole install and found one little item we never noticed and repaired it. Additionally we had our entire 3 car garage done as well and that also received the look over. Ken and RalphI believe but I could be wrong --deserve gold stars. You will not be disappointed.

My design consultant Alyssa Flores turned my concepts into a detailed design plan, and she provided lots of good input and suggestions while listening to my needs. I'm very pleased with the results and am confident this solution will meet my needs while also enhancing the look of my garage. Highly recommended.

From the first minute I saw, and heard, Star - (it was in a TED talk) - it was very clear to me…read morethat she was no ordinary, nor usual, "professional organizer." She stood out, apart from the "crowd," leagues above. And yet, there was a genuineness about her, a sincerity that invited your trust immediately. Then when I actually met her in person, when she came to our home, I felt I had known her most of my life. There was no awkward get-to-know-you phase; rather, she made me feel we had been friends, and good friends, for years, without even trying. There was an unspoken connection and mutual understanding. Of course, these innate qualities lend themselves immensely to her profession. I'm very protective about my clutter, won't let anyone in our apartment to see the mounds of boxes of undealt-with emotions and put-off decisions. But I could let Star in. She just knows how to translate what all that clutter is speaking, what hidden treasures of messages lie beneath the piles, to unleash you from what has silently held you for so many years (decades?), to let you soar, to set you free. There were some items that were in a huge box that I could barely even open when Star wasn't here, but she was able to respectfully deal with each piece of my precious grandmother's treasured Italian laces and embroideries, which if not made by herself, then by her family members. The manner in which Star dealt with each piece, laying it out, folding it, taking photos, sending them to collectors, was the scissors that cut the ties of something I was helpless to let go of myself. I want to be freed from the encumbrances and the entanglements, to no longer be held back and down by all those weights, to see what will finally have a way to be expressed, to flow out of my innermost being. A big thank you to Star, as I know I could never do it without her.

She has an incredible ability to understand why clutter accumulates and what it reveals about your habits, mindset, and life patterns, whether it's months or even years in the making. She becomes a compassionate guide, helping you approach your space--and yourself--with understanding and intention. I've taken several of her classes and been part of her Chaos to Calm community, which is beyond amazing. The tools, support, and guidance she provides are practical, actionable, and truly life-changing. Star's coaching and teaching style is warm, encouraging, and inspiring--she meets you where you are and helps you move forward without judgment. Missy's help was invaluable, worth every penny in helping us manage one of life's most stressful transitions. She arrived well-organized and ready to work, with packing tape, boxes, and other supplies that would have taken us valuable time to shop for. She was clear and personable in all her communications about how she could help us, her scope, fees and terms, and she exceeded our expectations in every way. She was self-starting, hard-working, and thorough in helping us sort through two lifetime's worth of accumulations of all sorts, helping us make difficult decisions about what to keep and what to let go, and requiring almost no time or direction on our part--she knew from experience and intuition how to plan and prioritize, where her help was most needed, and also knowing what only we could do. She was sensitive, thoughtful and conscientious about identifying items of potential value, and finding respectful new homes for stuff we wanted to give away, and keeping stuff out of the landfill by donating to local community-based non-profit organizations whenever possible. She packed boxes and boxes of items etc. carefully and professionally for shipping across the country, and everything arrived in good shape. Without her help, my brother and I would have each needed to take another week or two off work without pay-she saved us not just hours but days and weeks of time. As we neared the end of our PTO, with still plenty of stuff in the house, Missy said "just be sure to take what you want, and I'll finish the rest and empty the house after you're gone--" and she did it (and even took trash and recycling bins down to the curb and back and sent us donation receipts for tax deductions). Repcold Distributors

Poor workmanship, zero accountability, unsafe outcome…read more We didn't choose Repcold Distributor. They were the vendor selected by our home builder, which unfortunately meant we had to deal with them as homeowners. Our house closed at the end of 2022. Due to a separately defective shower build, the entire shower had to be reconstructed. Once that was done, Repcold was responsible for reinstalling the shower glass enclosure and that's where the problems started. Their installers came out, took measurements, ordered the glass, and showed up for install... only for it not to fit. Annoying, but fine, mistakes happen. Except it didn't happen once. This turned into a 4-6 week cycle of: measure -- order glass -- install day -- doesn't fit -- repeat Multiple times, our primary shower went completely out of commission for the entire time. At some point it became obvious that this wasn't bad luck -- it was lack of skill and outdated process. Using a tape measure for a custom glass enclosure is asking for error, and that's exactly what happened. Eventually, instead of fixing the root issue, they gave up and "solved" it by adding multiple metal filler panels to hide the misfit. That was presented as a 'finished' product. Even worse, the enclosure design itself made no sense. There's a two-piece glass section above the right-side door, held by a metal hinge/clamp. Multiple industry professionals later told us this piece is unnecessary and creates a stress point on the glass especially when tolerances are already off. Look closely at the hardware that made things even worse. The hinge screws are visibly unevenly seated as a 'finished' product. On top of that, the hinge itself looks cheap and low grade, more like generic amazon hardware than professionally rated shower door components. This is not what you'd expect to hold large panels of tempered glass in a primary bathroom or for it to last. Fast forward to one day in Jan 2026: at 4 AM, while no one was using the shower, the glass completely shattered on its own. This wasn't caused by impact. The glass also was NOT laminated. Non-laminated tempered glass combined with poor installation and pressure points is a known recipe for spontaneous failure. Thankfully, no one was in the shower when it happened. We contacted Repcold to take responsibility. The response was essentially: not our problem. No inspection, no accountability, nothing. This experience revealed the use of cheap materials, poor workmanship, and a lack of ownership when something goes wrong. If this vendor is associated with your builder, be very cautious. If you're choosing a glass installer yourself, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
