It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. This particular location is extremely small compared to the Norcross location. The Norcross location is different because it is beautifully staged with a great selection of cabinet options on full display. You get to really see the product and how it will be featured in your home. I love the staging process because there are so many elements to be considered and as a visual person, I really like seeing a finished product instead of just a door. Also, I really appreciate seeing my traditional aesthetic represented. This store did have a small display of framed and unframed cabinet doors along with completed cabinets. If they have what you want great, but if you need to see all that they have to offer, you might start with the Norcross store first. The one thing I liked about this store is the salesperson. Although I didn't really interact with her, I was aware of her. She was actively talking to another couple when we entered the store but she took the time to ask if we needed assistance on a couple of occasions and that was appreciated. Some salespersons lack the ability to extricate themselves from certain situations in order to attend to other customers. Although they might not have everything you want, I think it's still worth a visit. You never know!
