I was charged $388.00. I wrote to the office with copies of her treatment and photos. I followed up with a phone call. After receiving no response, I called the corporate office. They referred me to the Manager. James answered my call and, within seconds, started shouting at me and insisted my dispute was worthless because I had signed the contract. He informed me he would listen to the phone call with their receptionist and call me back. He did not; when I called him, he again displayed rancorous rage and hung up on me.

It has been a few weeks and Josh has visited to install a one-way "trap." This allowed the critters to leave our attic crawl space and then be sealed a few weeks later.
