A fine young man named Tyler arrived to spray and check all parts of my house. While it appeared to improve it was not completely gone. Brent was polite, helpful, and smart. He honored his commitment to help me solve this problem. I'm happy to say that I would recommend Bug-U Pest control to everyone who needs their services. When the technician arrived, she had no foam or traps. She spent one hour pointing to entry basement pathways and suggested I replace my kitchen cabinets and, until then, place a towel in the area. I was charged $388.00. I wrote to the office with copies of her treatment and photos. I followed up with a phone call. After receiving no response, I called the corporate office. They referred me to the Manager. James answered my call and, within seconds, started shouting at me and insisted my dispute was worthless because I had signed the contract. He informed me he would listen to the phone call with their receptionist and call me back. He did not; when I called him, he again displayed rancorous rage and hung up on me.

They said some mulch would need to be replaced and I figured that. 13 bags later I didn't consider. The reason they loosely packed the trench spreading the remaining soil and rock over the area. I received an email explaining the scope of the work and responded asking the person to please call me before writing my review. Not once not twice did I ask so third time I post it here. Funny when they were quoting the work they made a point they were #1. I said #2 tries harder. So maybe look at e-mails and get back go your customer when they reach out.

Other companies were trying to sell me additional products and services while all I wanted was for someone to come out and take care of a wasp infestation in my home. Every other company wanted to charge me $150 for an emergency call plus an additional fee to actually do the job and they wouldn't even come until the next day. That's what they considered an "emergency." The owner of old school pest control came out himself and told me I didn't have a bee problem but a yellow jacket wasp issue. The wasps literally ate through the drywall in my ceiling and created a small whole that they were able to enter and exit from. He arrived in 1/2 an hour and is currently taking care of the wasp nest that's in my attic. Thank God for this company because my family and I wouldn't have been able to sleep in our home tonight (that's how many wasps were flying around the house). They were forced to remove some of the drywall in my ceiling but I don't care, as long as they were able to rid the house of the wasps. The nest was huge!!!! We will see tomorrow if there are any leftover wasps that he didn't catch, but for now, they're deserving of a 5 star rating just based on the fact he came at night.
