When the technician arrived, she had no foam or traps. She spent one hour pointing to entry basement pathways and suggested I replace my kitchen cabinets and, until then, place a towel in the area. I was charged $388.00. I wrote to the office with copies of her treatment and photos. I followed up with a phone call. After receiving no response, I called the corporate office.
