I was charged $388.00. I wrote to the office with copies of her treatment and photos. I followed up with a phone call. After receiving no response, I called the corporate office. They referred me to the Manager. James answered my call and, within seconds, started shouting at me and insisted my dispute was worthless because I had signed the contract. He informed me he would listen to the phone call with their receptionist and call me back. He did not; when I called him, he again displayed rancorous rage and hung up on me.

It has been a few weeks and Josh has visited to install a one-way "trap." This allowed the critters to leave our attic crawl space and then be sealed a few weeks later. He sealed one side of the house first, put traps on the other side and then returned to seal them out permanently. It has been another few weeks and it is still quiet. It seems that in order to exterminate snakes, one must get to the source of their food. Apparently we had a mouse problem. We always knew we did but attributed it to living out in the country. His was the first business that came up and his was the first and only one I called. Initially, there was more work to be done with setting boxes and going through the basement and so on. Now Jon comes four times a year or so to check the boxes and determine if there is any activity. He has always been polite and kind and took my fears and concerns very seriously.
