Nick is knowledgeable, warm and very good at his job. He is easy to work with, and was patient with all my questions. Thanks, Nick!

Dunbar Pest Control has great service and genuinely wants to help people with pest issues. We had…read morea squirrel stuck in our chimney. I first called one of the larger pest control companies and was told that they would be at my house the next morning to assess the situation. Then, they called back 20 minutes later and told me they wouldn't be able to do the job and actually said, "just let it die and call a chimney sweep to clean it out"! That was a bit unsettling, so I called Dunbar. They first said they had a full schedule and would not be able to look at it until the next week. But after a few minutes discussing the issue, they said they would move their schedule and stop over early the next morning. They did come over, but after thoroughly checking the chimney, they found that the squirrel was somehow able to climb out himself. I was very impressed by their professionalism and effort to help me, rather than let the squirrel possibly die in the chimney. I would definitely call them first next time!

It seems that in order to exterminate snakes, one must get to the source of their food. Apparently we had a mouse problem. We always knew we did but attributed it to living out in the country. His was the first business that came up and his was the first and only one I called. Initially, there was more work to be done with setting boxes and going through the basement and so on. Now Jon comes four times a year or so to check the boxes and determine if there is any activity. He has always been polite and kind and took my fears and concerns very seriously. We have noticed a huge difference in our house with mouse activity and the presence of snakes.

Our septic tank hadn't been pumped in well over a decade. It's a seasonal house, but it had still been entirely too long. We didn't even know exactly where it was, but Frasier & Son spent the time in the rain looking around for it. When we found it, full to the brim (no surprise, but lucky it hadn't overflowed), they pumped it out for us. They also were amazingly friendly as they explained what was going on, let us know what we should do in the future, and cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed more than fair for how much work they put in, and we'll certainly be calling them up for any septic needs going forward. Thanks guys!
