Our home was invaded by pesky squirrels. Who ya gonna call? No Ghostbusters won't help…read more Absolute Pest Control sent a pest specialist, Josh to assist. It has been a few weeks and Josh has visited to install a one-way "trap." This allowed the critters to leave our attic crawl space and then be sealed a few weeks later. He sealed one side of the house first, put traps on the other side and then returned to seal them out permanently. It has been another few weeks and it is still quiet. No noise of invaders running muck in our attic area. Thank you Josh. Would definitely call them again. Price was reasonable for the value of ridding our home of the little critters.

When I was unexpectedly home a day before the appointment, I called and Matt came that afternoon. He investigated and found the hole to the crawlspace. A trap was set and we had Bucky the groundhog the next day. Matt closed up the hole for us. When we heard it again a few days later, Matt came back. There was nothing, so we think Bucky's SO escaped for good. Matt is responsive, responsible, changed his schedule when I asked if he could come a day early and he got the critter. Pest control isn't something we think about, but when we needed it, we were more than pleased with Matt's service. Pricing was reasonable and the process was simple. We'll use Upstate Pest & Wildlife Control again if needed and we highly recommend.

Waking up to the sounds of little feet scampering in the ceiling above us was disconcerting…read more Seeing a squirrel disappear from our roof into a hole in the soffit was a dead giveaway. It was time to call a wildlife specialist. The positive reviews I was reading for Upstate Pest & Wildlife Control were convincing enough for me to call them. They were able to schedule a visit for the next day. Jake from UPW&C (no relation to Jake from State Farm) arrived on time and assessed the situation. He was friendly, very informative, and knowledgeable. The cost for the services he proposed and explained was reasonable. He was able to set traps that same day. Jake returned after a couple of days to check the traps. While the traps had not caught anything yet, and we hadn't heard critters any longer in the ceiling, he made modifications and adjustments to the traps and planned another visit the following day. Today, after assuring that there were no more squirrels in the soffits, and no new points of entry, he removed the traps and sealed the soffit hole. (Note: one trap did have part of a squirrel's tail.) I definitely recommend this family owned business if you have problems with wildlife pests. Their entire operation is very professional and reassuring.

After failed attempts to use common insect kill sprays, the hornets began entering my home interior. After researching pest control companies I found a very helpful professional at Family Pest Solutions. The technician Misael arrived on time, explained the process to me, found the nest and executed it very thoroughly. He told me what to expect post treatment and he was spot on! I cannot express my appreciation enough and it's a relief not having hornets in my home's living area! YIKES. No one wants to share their home with squirrels, let alone worry about the damage they could be doing between walls where no one can access them easily. Dereck quickly connected with us and came out with a one way trap to help the squirrel exit and not return. Once we didn't hear anything for a week he came back out and sealed the squirrel hole. No more fluttering between our walls and no return visitors. The work is guaranteed and Dereck said he would return if we had any further issues which shows he stands by his work! I'd definitely recommend Action Pest Management for any of your pest issues! They were quick to resolve the issue even in the dead of winter!
