The office staff is constantly on top of our service requests. Should I forget if an apartment has been treated, they have a clear record of services to help ME stay organized. Trisha is the person who normally answers the phone. She is professional and so easy to work with to get our service issue completed. He took the time to listen to my issues and then after providing service he explained the process. This information was most helpful because it will allow me to understand the process and not just be left with a concern if the treatment was working or not. The service that was provided was done in a timely manner that allowed us to get back into our home with our puppy as soon as possible. The outdoors was also done, and we were able to take our puppy out before it was done. The value of the work was great as it worked instantly, and we stopped seeing insects in our home. The service that we requested was a spray for insects around the home and inside we also had carpenter bees sprayed and all of the activity has subsided. Here is following up about my experience with Northeast Pest Control. Today was my last site inspection performed by Brian. Brian is very knowledgeable in that he explained how, where and why these pesty mice become such a nuisance. Called when Northeast opened as yellow jackets had set up shop in garage cinder block walls and they had Brian at my house at 3pm. Brian was excellent. Explained the process. What was necessary to address the issue. Got a lesson on all things bees 101 which helped me understand how and why they came to reside where they did.
