However, we recently had our John Deere tractor serviced at United Ag and Turf and were very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction and quick service. The service manager went out of his way to make sure everything was completed as specified and that we were happy with their service. All the people we dealt were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and went out of their way to provide what they strive for - a world class customer experience.
