We have used Advance since 2007 and their policy for renting is a bit problematic. As a business they won't set up an account no matter how many times you have rented from them. They try to hold one person accountable by taking an employees drivers license. When they were called to provide payment they would not change the name on the account to hold the business responsible nor send bills. They did not want to provide the balance to the business owner. After some pretty despicable treatment to our employee and our business, we cut ties and returned their items to them. We do not recommend them and will no longer rent from them. read more

I've rented from Advance Rental a few times for tool rental because their prices are the lowest I have found in this area. Today, the owner stayed open on CHRISTMAS EVE morning so I could rent a table and some chairs for my Christmas family get together. I was running late and in a panic, and he kept the store open for me, even though I know he had plans with his own family. He loaded everything in my truck for me and wished me a Merry Christmas. If that isn't customer service, I really don't know what is. read more
