Nick eventually agreed to refund $233 of the original $283, minus $50 for the diagnostics they performed. The thing is, rather than refund the credit card I paid with, they wrote a check which I must pick up. I live a half hour away. Nick, I contacted the NYS Department of Consumer Protection about this. Additionally, the charging station for my 2nd automower was rewired incorrectly by Nick's. That automower is now at Husqvarna for repair.
