Honestly, here is what I found: The…read morestaff is friendly and helpful and the showroom is clean and well planned, the store hours are decent and the repair services are excellent although I think mostly done off site. I did have a little trouble when I arrived to pick up my mower because all the doors were locked and the open sign was still on the door so I just ate lunch at Charlie's next door and came back and it was re-opened by then. I figured it was a one man shop that day and hey, you gotta get some lunch. The place did some warranty work for me and did an excellent job, however, I can tell the mower must have sat in the rain somewhere because there were a few signs of spots and where there were a few scratches, rusty and the key ring was rusty, which was weird because I keep the mower inside the shed. Anyway, I did not come all the way out to Wake Forest to eat but it was delicious so I'm glad it rolled that way. Btw, the mower runs great now thank you!
