My only negative regarding this experience was that I had some difficulty getting a response from Rick and scheduling the installation. While he never confirmed a time or even told me when they were coming (they just showed up a week later), he did say the could get it done next week and they did just that. We scheduled our appointment with him in January and we were given a date of our appointment in February. We were patiently waiting for our appointment to come, but on the day of our appointment nobody showed up and no phone call was made to notify us of the cancellation. We had to contact Dan O'Neal about our appointment and ask him if he is still coming. In return we got a response from him" having some equipment issues will have to be later this afternoon". Half of the day went by and no response from Dan again. We contacted Dan again to see if he was still coming and got another response from him " I not sure will let u no soon". One week passed by and no response from Dan O'Neal. It looks like on the day of broken equipment issue many customers posting great reviews of their services being done??? I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap is not always the best, we wasted all day waiting for Dan O'Neal that never came. Ground around the house cleared of the junk blown down and out too. Lucked out too. Called late morning on Monday and left message on Robbie's phone. I was expecting a callback before the EOB but then... Shazam! before I knew it there he is placing his ladder.
