As the appointment date approached, I called and texted a couple of times to confirm but did not receive a response. When I called from a different number, my call was answered and I was told the service would still take place on May 15. I was also asked if evening service would be okay, and I agreed. Since I was going to be out of town, I offered to pay ahead of time, but I was told payment could be made after the work was completed. Unfortunately, May 15 came and went without any service being completed, and I did not receive a call or text regarding a cancellation, delay, or change in plans. At that point, I decided not to follow up further and instead chose to move on and use another provider. This review is not intended to criticize but simply to share my most recent experience so others can make informed decisions. My previous experiences were positive, but communication and reliability were disappointing this time.

Well, I see lots of 5 star reviews in here. However, our experience with Dan O'Neal is 1 star or…read moreless. We scheduled our appointment with him in January and we were given a date of our appointment in February. We were patiently waiting for our appointment to come, but on the day of our appointment nobody showed up and no phone call was made to notify us of the cancellation. We had to contact Dan O'Neal about our appointment and ask him if he is still coming. In return we got a response from him" having some equipment issues will have to be later this afternoon". Half of the day went by and no response from Dan again. We contacted Dan again to see if he was still coming and got another response from him " I not sure will let u no soon". One week passed by and no response from Dan O'Neal. It looks like on the day of broken equipment issue many customers posting great reviews of their services being done??? I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap is not always the best, we wasted all day waiting for Dan O'Neal that never came. After "no call no show" We found out that there are many other great local power washing companies with great communication, professional and very competitive on their pricing.

If you're looking for a power washing company, stop searching and call Deep Clean Pro Wash…read more We originally hired Edward and his team to clean our gutters, and they did such an incredible job that we had them come back and power wash the entire house. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. What sets Deep Clean Pro Wash apart isn't just the quality of their work--it's the care they put into it. Anyone can spray water on a house. Not everyone treats your home as if it were their own. Edward and his team are professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding results. They take the time to do things the right way, protect your property, and make sure every detail meets their high standards. Our home looks better than it has in years, and the entire process was seamless. The communication was excellent, they showed up when promised, and they weren't satisfied until we were completely satisfied. Power washing companies may seem like a dime a dozen, but trust me--they are not. The difference between an average company and a truly exceptional one is evident the moment Edward and his team arrive. Their pride in their work and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. If you want your home treated with care and the job done right the first time, Deep Clean Pro Wash is the company to call. I recommend them without hesitation and will absolutely use them again in the future. Doesn't hurt that they're very reasonably priced. https://www.deepcleanprowash.com/
