I just bought a new but "open box" Honda lawn mower from a local seller. Everything worked except…read morefor the throttle shifter that was broken off. I ordered a replacement part but when it arrived I realized this was going to be too complicated for me. I can be handy with hand tools but being a nerd, messing with small engines is out of my league so I called Simply Grace and dropped off my mower. Simply Grace is open from 6pm-10pm so it was really convenient since I work days and am usually busy. I was able to drop it by on the same day I called to inquire about the repair. It was late so I just left it with Glen. I was able to pick it up a few days after with the throttle control fixed. Glen will fix just about anything small engine related and I definitely recommend Simply Grace.

(The internal antenna just wasn't picking up all of the channels we'd hoped to get.) 1. REPLY TIME. I sent an email into them and they were back to me within 24 hours. Things tailed off a little thereafter, it took a week to get the next reply, but things moved in the right direction. 2. ARRIVAL TIME. They were late, but they got there. Wa-a-a-a-ay better than a cable company. 3. ROOF INSTALL. They put the antenna up on the roof exactly as asked. They did all of the right work, had the right parts and the job looks great. 4. IN HOME. They had to wire the antenna into our attic. From there they got it down to our home cable box, and out to all of the TVs. I'm very happy with the work they did. If they'd been on time and a little more responsive = five stars. The great thing is that I can now get rid of my cable and save $100 / month and still get good HDTV service.

Worthless. Cutrite serviced the neighbors lawn, dumped an…read moreenormous pile of yard waste onto my front yard. I own my home; talking to the neighbors (renters) yielded contact info for their landlord (absentee owner, who said "it's just a pile of leaves") Their landlord slowly arranged for Cutrite to return to remove the yard waste from my yard. Meanwhile, I decided to remove the pile back to the neighbors since removal taking so long. Coincidentally, Cutrite shows up. I ask if they're the landscaper who did this, and to remove it from my property. Crew leader got very hostile, yelling and cussing. I called Cutrite and explained this; while placing the call the crew drove off without removing the huge pile of yard waste. I was told by the owner that he didn't believe me but would resend the crew at their earliest convenience. (Guess what? They never returned). I spent the afternoon getting their mess off my front yard and back onto the neighbors. Absolutely worthless company. 0/10 do not recommend.

I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and…read moreinformative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there! Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans. I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.
