Many stores still weren't even open until the week of our date, but American BBQ company came through for us. We were able to rent a large tent, tables and lights, as well as our catering needs with professional set up and break down. Dominick was our staff member for the night and he did an excellent job. He wore his mask all night and helped keep our catering needs running smoothly. He was very kind and respectful to the guests we had in attendance. Steve was also extremely helpful in the office. We changed our contract and menu several times to get things right, and Steve never hesitated to accommodate our needs. Everyone is very professional and helpful. The mini meatballs and buffalo wings were a huge hit that night, I know we will double up on those orders when we hire the American BBQ company again.
