He helped me go over some pricing options, and when I made a final decision on our format and menu he was very agreeable. We went with an Oktoberfest themed event and settled on the International and Domestic Cheese Display, Butler Style passed appetizers of Quilted Franks with Spicy Mustard, Beef Sliders with Cheese, Pickle and Tomato, and Potato Pancakes with Sour Cream and Chives, plus their German Station - Carving Board.
