Funny, intelligent, sweet but most of all she made me feel welcomed. Her spiritual side came through to me which was even more relaxing. I love my new "do"!! Its exactly what I was looking for! The cut is perfect, the color...well, I am loving the color. Just enough but not too much, again Zoe heard me. I am so enthralled with this salon and the ladies who cater to us clients, I made another appointment. I am so happy that I went to you Bella Hair Studio today. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Lots of Love and Light Patty R.

I'm back in town for a couple weeks and stopped by to see if there was an appointment for a big hair chop. Skylar was so kind and helpful when setting me up for an appointment with Quinn, who has done my hair before. I got super lucky to snag some time with Quinn! The shop is so cute and such a warm and welcoming space. Everything feels clean and well taken care of. I also truly feel safe at Hair Hero to be myself without judgment. Skylar washed my hair while Quinn finished up on another client and I'll be very honest I wish I could hire her to wash my hair every day. She was gentle and thorough and it was wonderful! Quinn spent a very comfortable amount of time asking me what I wanted, talking with me about my hair, how much I really wanted to cut off, and making sure I was fully ready and on board - I appreciate this so much! I left feeling like a truly authentic and fresh version of myself with so much confidence. I never felt pressured, there were no upsales on services or products, and I couldn't stop smiling. I can't express enough how incredible my experience was here and what a sweet little safe haven of authenticity Hair Hero is. Thank you Quinn, Skylar, and team for creating this space and helping me feel so renewed.

I'm the groom and was tasked with writing all of our wedding reviews and thank you's. YES!! hahaha This review is particularly challenging as I know little to nothing about makeup & hair, but I'll always give an honest review and credit where due, so here goes... I met Sierra Waine once and it was prior to our wedding. She was at our home giving a trial makeover to my fiance. Sierra was very friendly, professional and in a matter of no time had my then-fiance Ashley looking top notch. It was no wonder Ashley, her bridemaids and the moms chose Sierra as their "beauty agent". Fast forward to our wedding day... I did not get to see my bride until she turned the corner and began walking down the aisle to me. From head to toe, my bride Ashley looked stunning. As we stood at the alter and I admire my partner, I have to admit that it was the most beautiful I ever saw her. From a male perspective/eye... there is a fine line or threshold between just enough attention and too much when it comes to hair & makeup. It is quite common that you see some women go "overboard". My bride Ashley, her bridesmaids and both moms looked soooo beautiful. Perfect hair, perfect makeup. Amazing! I'm giving a full 5-star review! No doubt. Thank you Sierra Waine and staff. Y'all did too good! Love, The Post's

I went in with long, naturally sun-kissed blonde hair, and Yesenia suggested adding layers. I agreed because I trusted her professional judgment and wanted to look like a Victoria Secret Model and thought I'd leave with a soft, beautiful, effortless look. Unfortunately, the front layers ended up short, extremely thick and stick out noticeably, especially when I put my hair in a ponytail. They don't blend into the rest of my hair, and I've spent ever since struggling to style them. I trusted her recommendation, and unfortunately I left feeling very unhappy with my hair. I expected to feel beautiful walking out of the salon, and instead I've been trying to hide these tentacles. Thanks for offering to remedy the issue but my hair will take 16-18 months to recover from the damage before it's Victoria Secret Ready.
