Yin arrived around 12:20 and immediately started my toes. In the middle of my service, a white woman walked in at 12:35 for her 12:30 appointment, and another nail tech walked up to me (the only Black woman in the shop) and asked if Yin could stop my service and service the other woman. Dumbfounded, I felt backed in a corner and said yes. This turned into me sitting with my toes half done for nearly 25 minutes before I finally decided to just leave. The nail technician that stopped my service seemed to care less. Yin was apologetic but at this point it meant nothing. In response to the owners reply: Try closer to 10 times. I mentioned my experience to a nail technician at another shop and he was bewildered along with the clients sitting next to me. I'll be sure I include your response in my TikTok video.

Then the owner does my fingers. It was absolutely nothing like the picture. The colors don't match when I told her the colors don't match and how uneven it is. I was told it's not her fault don't waste your money. This cost me $107 with tip a tip that they shouldn't have got look at the awful job and all I was told was this isn't my fault well, it sure as hell not mine you did it who else fault would it be? Here's my inspiration picture the god-awful nails that I now have to have on my wedding day unless I can come up with money to have someone else fix it and then the awful job on my toe. They clearly do not care about the loyalty that I have given them for almost 20 years. I will never give them a penny Again.

Firstly, I'd like to begin by telling everyone please do not go here!!! The date is October 31,…read more2024 and I repeat DO NOT go here. Extremely overpriced for the low quality that they provide. I took my girl to go get her hands and feet done and for me to just get my hands cleaned. When I tell you was the biggest regret of my life, I'm not even freaking joking. I take my two sisters out to get their hands and their feet done every month mind you and I wanna say this is the worst and most expensive nail salon store and you are not paying for quality you're paying for the rent due to their location being in a high rent place. So what they're doing is charging double for everything. Do not freaking go here, please unless you want crooked male nails like I'm showing you below. What's funny is they gave me someone who only has BARELY a year of experience. The person told me himself. On top of that just for a cleaning alone, they charged me almost $50!!! Well maybe you'd say that it makes sense as long as your hands look good right???!!! This is bullshit because they are far better places you can go to that will charge you between $20-$25 with color coat on there for men and your hands will look clean and nice and straight. However, this is the worst my hands have ever looked in my life. Sick of this shit. Spent $140 between me and my girl. She didn't even get acrylic nails. She only got the basic white painted on both feet and hand....and it came up PAST $100. No acrylics no thing just regular mani pedi. My girl's mouth dropped when the price was mentioned and they don't tell you the price until after they're done with the work!!!! Like I said if you're paying for quality it's worth it but trust me these guys don't have no quality maybe one or two ladies that can work in there but other than that, I'd say completely skip this place !!!!
