Not only did they not take good care of it... they completely screwed it up to where we had to hire another company to reformat the whole thing... it put our business down for approximately 4 weeks to correct the errors. The screen was cracked pretty bad in the corner and a line crack going through the top. It still worked for the most part but the screen would freeze up because of the pressure from the crack. It's my work computer and Best Buy told me it would be possible three weeks out which was not going to work since I need it every day. I went to Reno Laptop repair and they found a new screen and ordered it for me. I was able to pay for the part and keep my laptop on me until the part came in. The part came in 5 days and they were able to install it the day I brought it in. It was spendy, (the part not the service) but way cheaper than buying a new computer without the hassle of transferring everything. They we friendly and quick.
