Merrick Taxi and Airport Service is a Five Star Taxi company all the way. They even do pickups from the airport at the same price. My drivers all get me picked up right at the time that I booked for which is a rarity in the taxi business and even more of a rarity the fact that the cab is clean and the driver actually knows where they're going outside of their local town. I usually ask for Terry or Jeremy because they always show up in an SUV clean with bottled water and Sirius XM radio stations Tunes the little Steven's underground garage. Even if I book a taxi for 3 a.m. they show up on time at least 10 to 15 minutes early. Because I travel so much for business they give me all my personal trips either free or discounted making it a very convenient service to use all the way around

Very attractive and fully stocked- glasses, napkins, drinks etc. The girls told me he was a good driver and always attentive to them as they went from Long Island to NYC to a restaurant and then a couple of clubs. Teresa, who my younger daughter booked through, was very pleasant and gave us a fair price. She even threw in a bottle of champagne to celebrate the upcoming wedding. I highly recommend this limo service.

He literally yelled on the phone like a pirate, not once but about 4 times because I hung up a few times thinking I had the wrong number. I wanted to hang up and forget about it but, I had the Yelp voucher worth $20, that I already paid for. This was my first time riding with these people, but this Aaron was the rudest son of a bitch I've ever had the misfortune of almost speaking to. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. When I tried to tell him about the voucher THAT THEY OFFERED via the driver (because if I was talking to him directly, I would've cursed his ass out) Aaron yells through the phone to the driver, NO CASH ONLY, (something I couldn't make out) KICK HER OUT! I was just trying to tell him I had a Yelp coupon for a discount, again THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Look on the page, it's still there!!! I'm not sure who the rest of these people came in contact with or maybe I have different standards, but it's looking like a Jekyll and Hyde situation and I got the worst one. I took Lyft on my return trip who by the way charged me $20 for a ride that Seaford charged $45. I will never use this crappy "company" again.
