I would frequently leave my eyebrows alone in hopes they would grow back to no avail. I had to accept that they weren't coming back. I finally caved after years of debating and got them done. Nano brows! Leanne was excellent at both of my appointments. I felt really comfortable and confident that she wanted to give me my best look. The aftercare instructions could not be written out any clearer! And she gives you the stuff you need to do so. No trips to the store. If you're worried about pain, in my experience and threshold, the worst part was the numbing and first appointment because it's the longest. But the numbing agent works really well so it wasn't too bad at all! The second appointment was a breeze. And it doesn't hurt afterwards either. Healing time was fast and easy. I personally didn't have any issues with scabbing or anything. There are a couple days there was some dryness/light flaking but once you apply the ointment it goes away. My biggest tip, besides following aftercare, is to not plan anything for the day of and a few days after your very FIRST appointment. They will look so bold (at least mine did) and I didn't want to go anywhere (but I did anyway because I can't sit still!). And then they calm down and look amazing! After your 1st appt and touch up about 8 weeks later, you won't need another touch up for a year or 2 im told (depending on your lifestyle and how you retain the color). I have no regrets investing in this! I haven't loved seeing my face without makeup in so long! Having eyebrows again make my eyes pop and look younger I believe. I feel so much more confident without make up and look more awake too. If you've been contemplating this, I promise you won't regret it! I had always been curious about semi permanent makeup but didn't know if I was brave enough and was scared of poor results. When I saw my friend share her photo post powder brow treatment I decided it was time to give it a try. Powder brows aren't as heavy as a traditional tattoo and offer a much more natural, yet made up looking effect. I have patchy brows and my oily skin doesn't let me apply makeup the way I want, especially on the brow tails. I spent so much time working on them everyday for them to just rub off. I reached out for some info and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Stacie very quickly. Stacie is both owner of the Beauty Box and Brows by Stacie. Stacie was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I felt very comfortable once we spoke and she didn't pressure me or rush me through my inquiries. I made an appointment and she went through all the pre procedure tips. The procedure itself wasn't too painful. It took about 2 hours and the tattoo portion was very short. Stacie looks at how you usually do your makeup and will map out your brows first. You get to check them and make adjustments as needed then comes the tattoo part. There was some peeling for 2 weeks which she warned me about it in my opinion was well worth it. Stacie was very professional and took her time. I am thrilled with my results. She carefully explained the after care and what to expect. My brows are gorgeous and I don't have to do much in the morning. They healed perfectly and I wake up with a natural looking brow. I am not sure why I didn't come sooner, this is a life changing service. The first appointment comes with a touch up appointment a few weeks later. I highly recommend her for powder brows and also lash lift.
