While the work is great quality my suggestion going forward would be to give notice no more than a week after seeing a pending appointment.

No answer on the phone during salon hours but, I figured she was busy with clients. No worries, understandable. But I also texted her twice as well asking for availability, again during salon hours understandable she could have been with clients all day. However, I'm sitting here at 1am still without a response even though her messages were confirmed to go through. I ended up refunding the Groupon. It's a true bummer because all her Groupon and yelp reviews are stellar. Update: I did get a text back Michelle this morning to schedule services, she didn't want to respond to my texts late at night (understandable). It seemed like a one off hectic day for her, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She has wonderful feedback otherwise. I would come back to her for services because she is very meticulous with her work and I'd rather support small business than the big chains anyways. She was kind and did try to keep my mind off of the work. Her salon is located in Sola Salons, #14. I just walked around till I found her room, wasn't too hard.

Her studio was very calming and she was professional and chill. Lisa has a lot of professional experience as an esthetician so the facial was wonderful. She gave a lovely facial massage which released all the tension from a long week. I made the right decision and upgraded to a gel mask which was sealed in extra hydration. To top it off she was lovely and chatting with her was a bonus. It was very easy to reach her and make an appointment. Her studio is located in the heart of the the village of Hamburg and there is plenty of parking. She also offers brow and lash services. Lindsey is who I go to regularly, and she does a fantastic job. It's the only place that i have been where they have different looks or styles, instead of either classic or volume. You get what you pay for, and lashes are an investment. It is timely and they require maintenance but are worth every penny. If you want to make the most of every minute- make sure that your contacts are out, makeup is removed, and they are nice and clean.
