I've gone to two other places for these treatments and this place has been able to reduce hair growth the quickest of them all. Their facility is clean and their staff is professional. You need to make sure you shave really well before laser hair removal because the laser needs to find the hair follicle under the skin to zap it. I always bring a razor with me and the person doing my treatment will tell me if I missed a spot so I can get it. I started going here after getting a Groupon. When I found out that I could get the same low prices without having to get the Groupon. This place is highly effective and a bargain. I've been out as a queer/lesbian woman with all of the staff members had. Everyone has been really positive. During my last treatment, I had a great conversation about trans issues with one of the staff members. She told me that trans women come in to get treatments and asked me a couple of questions about trans issues after I encouraged her to do so. I feel very comfortable coming here as a queer woman, but am cis-gendered. So I do not have first-hand feedback on what it is like to get a treatment while trans.

Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement at all after completing all of my sessions. Throughout the process, they took photos at each visit, but when I asked to review the before-and-after results at the end, they refused to show them to me. This was very disappointing and felt unprofessional, especially since tracking progress is such an important part of these treatments. In fact the prior Medispa I tried for laser hair removal did not take into account my complexion and as a result I had very bad hyperpigmentation. The first time I had a skin care consultation with Marie, we discussed my goals which at that time were about evening out my skin tone. After the first treament I saw significant improvement and since then she has introduced me to other services that have helped including: Jet Clear Microdermabrasion, Rezonorate & Dermaplaning. What is really special about Marie is that she will never advise you to do something that is truly not needed. That is when you know you can trust an esthetician. Your skin care needs are her primary concern. I have purchased some of the skin care products from the studio and have not been dissatisified with any of the products. Her recommendations suit my skin care needs. The studio has recently moved and expanded and I'm excited to work with the other estheticians/massage therapists and to trying new treatments.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this surgeon…read more I underwent arm and breast surgery and am now facing thousands of dollars in revision procedures due to poor surgical decision-making and inadequate postoperative care. Before surgery, I specifically asked whether I needed an extended arm lift. I was told that I did not. I later learned that this surgeon does not perform extended arm lifts. In my case, I clearly did need one, and I am now left with significant residual laxity, asymmetry, visible bunching, and a roped scar under my arm. I will need a revision to correct what should have been addressed the first time. My breast outcome is also unacceptable. One breast sits noticeably higher than the other. My nipples and areolas are distorted, with one misshapen and affected by pigmentation damage. More seriously, one breast developed severe discoloration after surgery, turning very dark, and there was no timely or appropriate intervention. I am now being told I need revision surgery and medical tattooing to attempt to correct the damage. When I returned with concerns, the surgeon spent approximately one minute in the room, did not perform a proper evaluation, and did not answer my questions. My concerns were dismissed or deflected to staff. There was no accountability and no effort to address what had clearly gone wrong. Obtaining my medical records was also extremely problematic. It took several months to receive them. When I finally did, they included duplicates, omitted key information about my postoperative complications, and contained inaccurate information, including incorrect details about my background. The records do not accurately reflect my postoperative experience. I am now dealing with the physical, emotional, and financial consequences of this care. Patients deserve accurate surgical guidance based on their actual needs, appropriate postoperative monitoring, especially in the face of complications, and complete, accurate medical documentation. That did not happen here.

Do NOT get your piercings done here…read more I got my nipple pierced here when I was 16 (just one at the time because I was young, obviously I was scared to commit). He used a suspiciously small bead size on the barbell and it was also very short. The beads actually ended up causing indents in my nipple at the time. And damn I wish I had known he had pierced way too close to the surface of my nipple at the time. This nipple piercing has caused me so much pain and annoyance. While it seemed to heal fine and I had no irritation, bleeding, excess scarring or infection symptoms, now it has migrated almost to the tip of my nipple and is purplish and almost constantly irritated and painful. After i took the jewellery out to let it close my body started to close up the wound almost immedately. Obviously my body was happy I finally put its care first. Not to mention he charged me $60 for one single nipple that wasnt even done carefully. I got the second one done at Artistics and had a much more fun experience, it healed more easily, the bead was the right size and the bar was the right length. I am not coming back to Sonic and will not recommend it.

She let me choose the color based on her choices of what would work and showed me how it would look after it faded. She drew my brow shape and made sure I was perfect before she started the tattooing. My brows were nice but naturally uneven and had holes in some places. I wasn't sure if I should actually get this done bc I am really particular, but I did bc I am in the beauty business. I never knew I would like it this much. I feel that they're even, more lifted, and that I'm really put together with less makeup now. I don't have to add to my brows anymore and I feel it has added to my looks very positively. I'm so happy I had this done!
