Spending most of the 90's and early 2000's plucking my eyebrows left me in a world of trouble when…read morefull eyebrows made a come back. I would frequently leave my eyebrows alone in hopes they would grow back to no avail. I had to accept that they weren't coming back. I finally caved after years of debating and got them done. Nano brows! Leanne was excellent at both of my appointments. I felt really comfortable and confident that she wanted to give me my best look. The aftercare instructions could not be written out any clearer! And she gives you the stuff you need to do so. No trips to the store. If you're worried about pain, in my experience and threshold, the worst part was the numbing and first appointment because it's the longest. But the numbing agent works really well so it wasn't too bad at all! The second appointment was a breeze. And it doesn't hurt afterwards either. Healing time was fast and easy. I personally didn't have any issues with scabbing or anything. There are a couple days there was some dryness/light flaking but once you apply the ointment it goes away. My biggest tip, besides following aftercare, is to not plan anything for the day of and a few days after your very FIRST appointment. They will look so bold (at least mine did) and I didn't want to go anywhere (but I did anyway because I can't sit still!). And then they calm down and look amazing! After your 1st appt and touch up about 8 weeks later, you won't need another touch up for a year or 2 im told (depending on your lifestyle and how you retain the color). I have no regrets investing in this! I haven't loved seeing my face without makeup in so long! Having eyebrows again make my eyes pop and look younger I believe. I feel so much more confident without make up and look more awake too. If you've been contemplating this, I promise you won't regret it! Break down of picture posted, in order: 1) before nano 2) right after 1st appointment 3) right before 2nd appointment which is the touchup, mine was 11 weeks out due to a botox appointment but normally you come back sooner 4) right after 11 week touch up 5) one week after touch up, healed

I spent months researching technicians that would give me the results that I want. Missy did not disappoint. First and foremost, she is beautiful! Inside and out. She is so friendly and the aesthetic of her salon is so pretty. It's pink and bright and inviting. She sat me down down and applied numbing cream. I stg I felt like my eyebrows were stoned. I didn't feel a thing. We went over the type of service that would be best for me. Since I do have brows, and just struggled with them being uneven and patchy, we decided on the micro-shading, as it would be the best option for what I was looking for. Since I do makeup almost every day, this was the best option for me. She made sure I was okay every few minutes and asked me about my life, where I worked, how long I wanted it done, how I heard about her - she was super friendly. My eyebrows look AMAZING. I was getting compliments the rest of the day about how good they looked and I have about 3 people who already wanna book with her. All around, a fantastic experience. I'm glad I took the plunge and I'm so happy it was with her. It's now been two weeks and the fact that I don't have to do anything to my brows now is AMAZING. Thank you so much Missy! When I messaged her the next day with a video, she said they weren't overprocessed and it's the same product Kim Kardashian uses and that I could come back which wasn't possible because I was at work and then going out of town. Now a month later, many of my lashes have fallen out and new ones are growing in all short and noticeable because I have blond lashes as well as the rest of my lashes are still permed all crazy while the new ones aren't. She absolutely ruined my lashes and I will NEVER get a perm again. I recently moved to WNY and where I lived previously had someone for 2 years do a great job so I know how this process should look and go! She also charges double what others do! You do NOT get what you pay for and if I could give her zero stars I would. I am going to have to wait months for them to fully grow out now and out $170.
