This "company" is run by one, very old guy who takes weeks to reply to emails. He FINALLY finished…read moremy initial installation 4 months late. He uses contractors to do the actual work, and, in my opinion, they are sub-par & sloppy. Mark guarantees your system for 25 years, yet, since it is a one man show, and that one man is quite old, unvaccinated, and VERY unlikely to live another 25 years good luck getting that guarantee honored after he dies. He says his son is taking over the business, but in my dealings with him I have seen zero evidence his son is involved in any way. Even worse, I have had 2 panels/or inverters fail in my system. The first one took Mark months to address! For the second one, I have been asking Mark to honor our contract for 9 months! He refuses to do so and has blocked my email and texts, thus he is again, in breach of contract. Working with this company has been an ongoing nightmare since the first day over 6 years ago. He also marks up the panels and inverters 400% over actual cost. I strongly advise you to avoid this company like the plague, unless terrible communication, LONG project delays, and a meaningless warrantee is what you are looking for. If in spite of all this factual, first hand experience you ask for a bid from Mark, ask him for a simple breakdown of materials and labor. He will refuse. But...if you get one, check the actual online prices for the Enphase inverters and solar panels yourself. You'll see the mark-up I'm talking about. One more thing, I have several leaks in my roof since Mark installed the system over it, and Mark refuses to take any responsibility for that either.

It's common to see AFTER rebate quotes. These guys did an amazing job for about the same price BEFORE rebates. That's right, 30% less than some of these crazy quotes, for the exact same product, REC panels and Enphase. It was a difficult install too given the roof. I have 12 facing west, 5 facing south, and 3 panels facing east. I highly recommend the west facing panels as they produce the energy the most, when you need it the most.
