Great service from JDM Steamers! This is the second time I've used Jerry, and he continues to do an excellent job. I had my bedrooms, loft, hallway, stairs, and area rug cleaned, and everything looks fantastic. Jerry is professional, communicative, and easy to work with. He was able to fit me into his schedule the same week I called, which I really appreciated. My carpets and area rug came out looking fresh and clean, and his pricing is very reasonable. Several of my neighbors use him as well, and it's easy to see why. It's always nice to support a local business, and JDM Steamers consistently delivers great results. If you're looking for a company that does exceptional work, I can't recommend JDM Steamers enough! Jerry was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and very personable. It was obvious from the beginning that he takes a great deal of pride in his work, and the results exceeded our expectations. He cleaned all of our tile floors upstairs and downstairs, as well as all of the carpet and the staircase, and I was honestly amazed by the transformation. Our floors literally look as good as--if not better than--the day they were installed! The tile has its beautiful shine back, the grout looks incredible, and the carpets look fresh, clean, and revitalized. What impressed me most was Jerry's attention to detail. He didn't rush through the job and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. It's not often you find someone who is punctual, reliable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making sure their customers are happy. If you're thinking about having your floors or carpets cleaned, don't hesitate to call JDM Steamers. We couldn't be happier with the results and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you, Jerry, for your outstanding work! Five stars all the way! read more
