We got pizzas from this location a few times before, but they weren't as good as the ones from Lewis that I mentioned above. However, we are pleasantly surprised by this Glenpool branch today. Unfortunately, our visit to Andolini's on Riverwalk was pretty underwhelming…read more We ordered the garlic knots, Caprese antipasto, and a large Supreme Combo pizza with no black olives. The garlic knots were off-putting and seemed to be fried rather than baked. We actually overheard a server telling the table behind us that they were fried, which explained the texture. The Caprese antipasto was also disappointing, with barely any balsamic vinegar. But the biggest issue was the pizza. After waiting more than 70 minutes for it to arrive, the Supreme Combo was still undercooked in the middle. Waiting that long for a pizza is frustrating enough, but after that kind of wait, you at least expect it to come out properly cooked. Between the garlic knots, the underwhelming antipasto, and the undercooked pizza, there really wasn't anything about the meal that stood out in a positive way. Overall, a disappointing experience, especially considering how long we waited for the main course.

Our experience was great, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere pretty chill with historical pictures on the walls. Hubs got the prime rib with sweet potato fries and green beans. They offer creamy horseradish or grated, as well as an au jus. Green beans needed a tab bit more salt for our taste but they were vibrant green and delicious! I got the blackened chicken with a loaded baked potato and green beans. The chicken was super moist and well cooked. The blackening seasoning was mild to my taste but I also drink hot sauce like soda pop so this may be a personal preference thing. The baked potato was big, fluffy, and filled with butter, cheese, and bacon. Topped it off with some S&P and it was absolutely hitting all high notes of a solid great baked potato for me. They've got some alcoholic choices but we stuck to sweet tea (theirs is perfect) and Dr. Pepper(my Texan husband said they got "the mix" right).
