We have come to Glenpool Mazzios for 3 years fairly often. On a previous trip it seemed the pizza had no pizza sauce. The salad bar was ok and we let it go. This evening we returned, and the salad bar was barely acceptable. We ordered a medium Ken's style and again no pizza sauce. On this trip we asked for EXTRA sauce, just to be sure. But again, NO sauce was on the pizza. We asked about it and they actually made another pizza for us. And yet again.....NO SAUCE. read more

Cold pizza on the buffet look like it's been there for 12 hours. The lettuce on the salad bar Was turning brown and was running out of condiments . I finally had to get up and ask the girl what happened to our hot pizza she was gonna put on the buffet. She totally forgot about it. It had just been sitting up there! Just after that a man who had been sitting in his car waiting comes in asking what happened to his pizza same thing just sitting up there on the machine no one boxed it up. The older lady that was doing cash register didn't seem to know what she was doing and seemed to have a hearing problem. Manager finally walked up and took over for a few minutes. Our favorite pizza is the Mazzio Works & our favorite dessert is the Cinnaboli!!! As with other chain restaurants, food quality and service varies by location, but I can testify the Glenpool Mazzio's always delivers on both! So, glenpool mazzios has lost me for good. 1st issue was awhile back, eating from the salad bar. I added (mistake) vanilla pudding to my plate, after eating my salad i took a bite and swallowed, i couldn't run to bathroom fast enough, pudding had turned to acid. Since then i nvr get the salad bar, they are just capping the tubs and not dating them, current issue is my past FOUR ORDERS of ranch are rancid ranch shouldn't taste like u ate a battery after, and like clock work up at 3am sick. Ill give you chance after chance but calling the store to tell "CRASH" the manager i was met with obstinate and rude behavior. This doesn't even deserve a one star. We had the worst experience at this Mazzios for our delivery order. We ordered last Saturday at 11:15am. Our order was number 4 of the day since they had just opened. We were quoted 30-40 min which is acceptable. After an hour, I called the call center and was told that our food was on the way. Great, however when it arrived it wasn't our complete order (missing the salad & the family size ranch), everything was ice cold and the hot ham & cheese that we ordered was more like bread with a tiny bit of ham and a tiny bit of cheese and zero dressing. I called the call center back and explained my dissatisfaction. They asked if I wanted the order redelivered to which I said yes BUT I need it here fast due to the fact that we had to leave by 1pm for our sons football game, it was around 12 at the time. She said it they would get it to us as soon as possible. At 1pm our food was still not delivered so I called the call center for a 3rd time and asked for a manager. As I was on the phone with the manager, our food arrived and was still incorrect. They sent the wrong salad. I told the manager that I wanted a refund and I was told that they couldn't do that and I would have to call corporate. I said fine, please give me their number and I will call. The kid "manager", Tyler said he didn't have corporates number to which I replied, "you're a manager and you don't have corporates number?!?". Tyler proceeded to tell me that he was just "one of the managers, not the GM" so I asked to talk to the GM. Tyler says that the GM isn't there but then quickly retracted and said she was there but she was "busy in her office doing paperwork". I said I would like to speak with her so he set the phone down on the counter (not on hold so I could hear EVERYTHING going on at the counter). I was placed like this for 30 minutes until I finally hung up due to the fact that we had arrive at my sons football game. Fast forward a couple days and my husband saw a post on social media by Tyler promoting Mazzio's Saturday Buffet. He made a comment on said post. See attached pics of this conversation. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! This "manager" should NOT have a manager title and maybe shouldn't be in the customer service industry at all. Too bad there isn't something lower than 1. I have tried this location several times and each time it's a horrible disappointment. Rude staff. Several lacked proper hygiene. Clothes were dirty and smelly. Seemed more like a frat party than a restaurant. Rather than making pizza staff were busy misbehaving and using improper language for a place of business. Order was promised at 4:19. At 4:40 they still had not started my order. I was running late and asked the manager to cancel my order. She was very rude and yelled ok. Bye! Lesson learned. Go to Pizza Hut or Dominoes. They seem happy to serve their customers and are dressed professional. You can't screw up pizza. By that measure, Mazzios is fine I guess, but my experience at their various locations have never been what I would call "top notch." Tonight, we came to our local one and it proved to be a rather trying experience. From dirty tables EVERYWHERE, to teenagers complaining about, like, life and stuff. It reached an apex when our very obviously done pizza sat in the oven as the not-busy-at-all-staff completely ignored it. As we sit here, they're just now getting to the tables (with only what looks like a damp rag)[EDIT:the cleaner has made an appearance]. We have been the only sit down customers for the last 30 minutes. You can do better than Mazzios pretty much everywhere in Tulsa and surrounding areas. I don't know if I'll be coming back. Ordered from this Mazzio's a few nights ago. We got two pizzas and boneless wings. The pizzas weren't even cut all the way, the wings were soggy, and there was black stuff all over the bottom of the pizzas. Also, the pizzas barely had any sauce and the toppings were just thrown on. We called and complained and got a credit. So we tried again tonight. We ordered a family size chicken alfredo bake. We got it home and there was no sauce. I decided to stir it up to be sure and tried it. No sauce at all; just cheese, noodles, and some chicken. Also, some Canadian bacon I saw in the mix. We have been eating at this location for 2 years now and it's always been great. The last 3-4 visits have been pretty awful. read more

The location is very convenient, right across from the dollar general store on main street. Competitive prices, good food, clean environment, and great customer service...I give it an 'A'. read more

I have lived in Glenpool for 30 years and this Mazzio's has been a staple for my family. After the service we received tonight I will never go back. My husband and I took our kids to eat for a treat on a Saturday night. We got two salad bars and two kids wing dinners. After waiting for thirty minutes for the kids to be served my husband had to go and ask for their food. A month ago we had gotten the same order and everything was good 4 pieces of chicken, a drink and fries. This time it was 4 dried up chicken chunks and no fries. The price was the same so once again my husband went to investigate. The very new employee had no clue. When we were all sitting back at the table the hateful hag of a manager started yelling at us from across the restaurant about how they don't serve fries anymore. The poor new employee came over to our table to apologize for this spectacle of a manager. This was unprofessional and made both us and our children uncomfortable. Sad smh read more

I live just around the corner and love to both eat in and order delivery from this location. The atmosphere inside is very inviting, the workers are friendly (the high schoolers can be iffy at times), and the management seems decent if not above satisfactory. Overall I give the staff 5 stars. I usually order spaghetti and meatballs, but you've taken that off of your menu. Minus 1 star. Today, I ordered the toasted ravioli and a 2 liter to be delivered to my house. It was delivered 15-20 mins before the estimated delivery time (as it should, I can walk there and back in less than 10 minutes) and the delivery driver (his name isn't on my receipt) was friendly and remembered my 2 liter. Plus 1 star. I sat down at my table and opened the box for my ravioli and literally gasped. Possibly the best looking toasted ravioli I have ever seen to date. Plus 3 stars. My ranch and marinara were both in my box. Plus one star. The ranch was cold and the marinara was hot, something most places will slack on. Plus one star. I have been getting pizza here for 10 years and have had dine-in, carry out and delivered. and usually have it 2 to 3 times a month. Out of 10 years i have had a not so pleasant experience about 5 times. One dine in experience left me with 2nd degree burns on my leg because the server didn't bring any plates to eat off of. One carry out my order got lost and "Where is my pizza" I was very polite about it because that is the way I was brought up, but acknowledgement is a pet peeve of me and should be in the customer service are too. They "Mazzio's" just put the order in made my pizza refunded my money but nobody ever apologized or acknowledged me. Apparently they were just having one of those days. On 3 occasions my food was cold or wrong when it came to delivery. But all in all it isn't as bad as some people will say, usually bad comments come from someone who has never had to work in the food service area. Kids will be kids, they don't want to work and that is the person not Mazzio's, People don't show up for work and that makes it hard on the people that have to pick up the slack. I try not to criticize because i don't know what is going on in that work place. The oven may have just gone out, somebody called in, refrigerator went out, or the delivery truck broke down. Having worked in the food service industry as a waitress, and everything else in that area every dog has their day. Just ask to speak to the manager and tell them about your experience maybe they will discount your ticket, offer you something complimentary meal next time you come in or a discount.
