Unfortunately this place was very unprofessional and lacked clear communication. Rented a chocolate fountain. I wasn't able to get it delivered but I did send an employee to pick it up. Charge was ($175) It looked amazing. 3 layers of awesomeness I thought ! Until we plugged it in, terrible. Just plain terrible. Was not getting hot, after it got hot, it got way too cold that the chocolate was flopping over. Just disappointing. I figured they would come pick it up the next day and for me to explain what happened. Well, they never showed up. After 4 days I decided to call to complain and ask them about pick up, the lady who answered was just rude. Yelled at me. Lol don't yell at me. I'm not your child. Second, your invoice does not state a charge for pick up. Unprofessional, unrealistic and just plain rude ! Do better next time! Communication goes far. And don't yell at people. That's not a way to get your point across. Just saying,,,,, Rent from Rebel party company. They have never failed me. Ever !!! This place was first and last for me. Good job to the lady who was yelling over the phone lol I just find it funny that you thought it was okay to yell. You're in customer service business honey. Too many red flags!!!

I called Balloons Unlimited and they were happy to help create a bouquet of pink flowers with a ladybug to be delivered so that my friend had some "flowers" to brighten her day! It was a very stressful time for us and I was so grateful for the assistance in such a short period of time. They turned out beautiful and warmed our hearts! Thanking you for bringing us all a little comfort and much brightness during that difficult time! I couldn't have asked for a better company to have worked with and highly recommend them.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I set up a rental with Dillon almost two weeks in advance -…read moreclearly more than enough time. He acted pretty professional over text message and set up a time, location, and gave me pricing. The day of the party, he showed up. Told me the space would be too small, which is fine and completely understandable. That was not the issue. After trying to measure and find a way to safely place the bouncer, we came to the conclusion that the bouncer I had ordered would not fit. He then, willingly, offered to come back with a smaller bouncer that would. Again, HE had the idea to come back and set up a different bouncer. He told me he would do another delivery then come right after. Two hours passed and I had realized he still wasn't there, so I texted him and asked where he was at. His response: "Sorry be there in 5mins." Thirty more minutes passed and STILL no sign of him. I continued to ask where he was. No response. I am a pretty understanding person, but ... 1) If you didn't want to do the job, then don't offer to come back and set up a new one. 2) If you tell someone you're five minutes away, then stop texting them completely - then you shouldn't own or operate a business. Period. I felt so bad for all of our little kids who were patiently sitting and waiting for the bounce house that never showed up. It was heartbreaking to say the least. Bottom line: I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have zero class. They don't care about their customers. The sad part is that I even had asked my husband to pull extra cash than the original amount I had done in the first place for Dillon "being so kind" to go and get us another bouncer. What a joke.

I chose T's Brain Freeze because of the pricing and no additional delivery fee. I looked at different companies but they wanted a $50 delivery fee on top of the rental. They called when they were behind on delivery due to freeways being shut down, arrived in plenty of time to set up and show me how the machine worked, and it all came on one cart. It was the hit of the party, everyone loved being able to serve up their own slushes-even the kids. We had alcohol on the side for adults. Every time I looked up, there was a kid getting another slushy. All 14 gallons of slushes were gone. T's Brain Freeze picked it up the next day within the timeframe they said they would.
