Then I never receive their invoice they email, and I have to follow up a few times. 2. Their delivery/pickup fee is steep. They don't set up, just drop off where you tell them. & they don't break down. It has to be ready at the door for them to grab and go, which is fine, but for $75 fee, I would expect a little more help. Next time I might shop around before accepting. 3. They give you a time they'll be picking up the next day on the invoice. Mine was between 11am-12pm. My recent experience, they showed up 2.5 hours after the invoice said they'd be there to pickup. They never called/emailed/texted to say they'd be 2.5 hours late. They just called around 1pm asking if they could pickup their tables and chairs. Not even offering a discount for my time. Oh well.

Ray was very quick in getting back to me, which I appreciated. Ray was also willing to be flexible with his rate quote. We reached a price that we were both agreeable to last Friday. However, Ray was insistent that the "special price" be committed to by the end of the day Friday. He also insisted that to guarantee the price, he would require full payment. I offered to pay more than 50% to secure the rental, and pay the balance 2 weeks prior to the wedding date but he would not accept less than the full payment. As a customer, I cannot feel comfortable providing this much money over 5 months in advance. Again, these chairs are for OUR WEDDING, and I certainly wouldn't back out at the last minute. Ray was unwilling to accept an over 50% deposit, so I called around and found a vendor that not only matched his price, but accepted a deposit. Keep in mind, Ray and I were going back and forth via emails for 3 days.....and I just completed my order, put down the deposit with the other vendor, all while on my lunch break. One less thing to worry about for me!! Flexibility goes along way. Expecting full payment for a service that won't be rendered for another 5 months is unacceptable. While I appreciate Ray's quick responses to my emails, unfortunately he has the same approach to getting your money. Quick.

I personally prefer dealing with small businesses, and decided to contact United Rentall. The man I spoke with, Ray, at first sounded a little gruff, but he is very thorough, understandably so, since he needs to know exactly what items you need, and what date you need them delivered. His prices beat Rebel Rentals. I sent him an email with the items I needed. He replied with a quote within reasonable time, and made sure he was available to deliver the items. He was very respectful and professional. You just have to get passed his "gruffness" in the beginning, because dealing with him was such a stress-reliever. Because we all know party-planning is so stressful. Also, his equipment is clean and in great condition. I know the website doesn't offer pictures, but from my experience, everything was really good.

We rented the large white jumping castle and it was absolutely beautiful in perfect shape and very clean. They can definitely be tough to get a hold of for whatever reason I didn't have any troubles when I was booking the reservation but as I was trying to add to the reservation it became really difficult to get a hold of them however the owner did call me the day before the reservation and I was able to make adjustments as needed so that was nice on short notice. The delivery and pick up went very smooth and of course the product itself is fantastic. I would definitely rent from them again in the future. It felt nice to support a local company. Very fair priced and they were able to work with me so that I could keep the Jumper overnight.

I purchased two large number balloons and 10 individual balloons, which came out to almost $60. As soon as I walked out of the store, two of the balloons popped. After checking it, I noticed it had a small tear. At that point, I was already too far to go back, but it was frustrating considering how much I spent. I honestly wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The store itself didn't help the experience either. It was messy, unorganized, and felt cluttered walking in. The decorations were very outdated and not what I expected--especially for something like a retirement setup. The employees were just okay. There was a lot of side conversation going on instead of helping customers, although I will say one gentleman who assisted me was helpful and professional.
