I was looking for a jumper last minute for Super Bowl Sunday and Escobar's Jumpers came through! The entire transaction was very easy and streamlined. Communication was done via text and payment was sent through secure portal. They arrived to drop it off and pick it up when they said they would and BEST part---they sanitize the jumper after set up is complete right in-front of you! This was all I needed to see. They will be the only jumpers we hire and recommend. read more

Escobar's Jumpers - We chose one of their smallest jumper and it was perfect! - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

All I can say is wow! I was cancelled on the day before a party by another company. I called so many companies on google and everyone was booked. I checked Yelp and Escobars popped up. I called and texted and had a response within seconds. They booked me for a jumper, 4 tables, and 18 chairs at a very reasonable price. They also came that Friday and set up, and picked up Sunday morning. They made sure the jumper was cleaned and wiped down after set up. I couldn't recommend them more! Tony and his crew were awesome and professional. Props to Tony. read more

Spoke to Tony last week and he quoted me a price for a Bounce/Slide combo. I politely tried to negotiate a price since they do not offer listed pricing and only do "quotes" and I have yet to get a response. I also tried inquiring through the website form and got a reply asking for date. I replied back with all information and have yet to get a response. It is now a week and half later and I have to continue seeking elsewhere. If these guys take this long to reply back to new business then I can only imagine how horrible they must be trying to get a hold of them on the day of your child's event. Especially if they are running late. No thanks! read more

I was looking for a bounce house at the last minute, and these guys came up clutch. They were super professional with great customer service and constant communication. They showed up on time, were friendly, and the bouncers were in great shape. An affordable and fair price with great customer service, we will definitely be using Escobar's jumpers in the future! read more

I've been calling all around town for a great jumper company, and when I ran into Escobar's my search was over! When I called he answered right away and helped answer all of my questions. Every company I've called so far I had to either leave a voicemail or send a email and still haven't gotten any responses from them, but not this one! It was like talking to a family member when the phone call ended. I definitely recommend using them and I look forward to celebrating my son's 1st birthday! Thank you so much Escobar's Jumpers! 2nd review coming soon! read more

We called Escobar's only 2 days in advance when we decided to throw a last minute backyard BBQ for our 5 year old's birthday. They were more than happy to help, offered an array of themed jumpers, communicated clearly via email and text message reminders, showed up on time, were friendly and efficient and even sanitized the entire bounce house right in front of us so we knew it was safe for our kiddo. We were super impressed with their service and Escobar's will now be our go-to for bounce house rentals. Thanks for making my baby girl's birthday so special, especially during a pandemic! :) read more

Let Wilson know, arranged for a little later time without any issues. They were on time and very friendly. They set up, left, and came back right on time. Bouncy house was clean and in good condition. I would certainly rent from them again and recommend to a friend. read more

I tried to book a bounce house, tables and chairs for my godsons 5th birthday party. I was told the invoice is the confirmation of my booking. The invoice clearly stated the date and the time of drop off/set up. On the day of the party no one ever showed up. We tried calling and leaving numerous messages and never received a reply. If there is some sort of emergency and we were notified its one thing but completely ignoring our calls and not taking responsibility of your commitment completely is unacceptable. I just want to make sure you know you ruined a 5 year olds birthday party. read more

Will definitely use them again. Professional, prompt, and helpful. No hassle renting, nor setting up, and clean up was hassle free. Great prices, I called around and they had best deals, Don't Change!! read more

Amazing company!! I'm so pleased with this company I would recommend to everyone. Escobar jumpers really saved the day for me. I made reservations with another company which cancelled my reservation saying that it was going to be to windy which it was not windy at all. I called Escobar jumpers same day and he was able to accommodate me with a really nice micky mouse theme jumper same day. I can't thank them enough for saving the day. My 3 year old had the time of his life today thanks to this company. When they arrived very friendly and even wiped down the jumper when they set up. Great business to work with will definitely use them again for future party's . read more

My name is Karen H. I have used the services of Escobar Jumpers 4 times in 5 years and they DELIVER every time. They work with our schedule, often dropping off the night before to allow me to set up early. I am impressed with Wilson who returns calls very timely. His staff is pleasant and he always gives me a fair price whether my request is small or large. They DO what they SAY they will do. One time I ordered a bounce house on a very windy day for my daughters birthday. Wilson and his team came back to my home later in the day to secure the bounce house which was blowing due to the sudden high winds. Great Company, Great People.... I highly recommend you use their services. read more

Awful customer service. Called to book a bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday, as a new mom with an almost 3 year old I have never booked a bounce house, but have had friends with older kids do them in the past. I have heard of the bounce houses blowing a fuse and the house collapsing, or getting blown over by wind, so as a concerned precautionary parent, I thought I'd ask if the company is licensed and insured incase of something like this happening. Instead of answering my question yes or no, I was told "I should call another company because this sounds fishy and why would it matter if they were licensed and insured?!" Then he proceeded to tell me defensively "we are insured but if something happens it will be investigated to see if it was done on purpose and the child will be evaluated to see if they were injured before the accident." WTF? Are you serious this is not okay behavior or customer service! Seriously? I want to make sure my child and her friends are safe and covered, but by the defensive and offensive response I received I will never call them back for any future parties. Obviously they are fishy if they are accusing a complete stranger right off the bat, with a concern as a parent. Beware. read more
