They can definitely be tough to get a hold of for whatever reason I didn't have any troubles when I was booking the reservation but as I was trying to add to the reservation it became really difficult to get a hold of them however the owner did call me the day before the reservation and I was able to make adjustments as needed so that was nice on short notice. The delivery and pick up went very smooth and of course the product itself is fantastic. I would definitely rent from them again in the future. It felt nice to support a local company.
