During the immediate day of my anniversary dinner with guests in tow, I refused to get upset and grateful that replacement tables and mismatched chairs were exchanged. it was an exhausting experience and one that I would not wish on anyone. I had to call back after my event to ask for some sort of monetary compensation for the major inconvenience and to further address my issues with the overall experience. Again, the manager had no clear justification or valid explanation as to why the tables were in such poor condition and I was even told the tables were ultimately retire or destroyed . I asked for a discount and he took 10% off the delivery amount and not the total amount of my rental fees. Basically a back handed slap in my face-utterly humiliating hence what has prompted this review. I do not recommend this business or if you must as they asked me to after the fact go into the store to check the quality before committing to the agreement.

The idiot driver "thought he could siphon fuel from his diesel truck" into his petroleum-burning forklift. I should have kept my mouth shut and allowed him to do just that, but I didn't want a forklift stuck in the middle of our event. Found CPR Tent and Events through google search. Checked them on yelp, but they didn't have any reviews so I was a bit skeptical... I can't find anyone else from Las Vegas renting out cake stands so I went ahead and contacted them. Sent them an email through their website to ask the availability of the cake stands and got a reply right away. Set up a pick up and return date, and an invoice was sent via email. Picked up the cake stands a day before the party and when I got to their warehouse/office, I noticed that they have chairs for rent too, so I ended up renting extra chairs since we were just told that some of our relatives from LA are attending the party. They helped me carry the cake stands and the chairs to my car. I told them I can manage, but they insisted. It was more than 100 deg outside! So I really appreciate that. Same thing when I returned the items, they went with me to the parking lot and got the stuff from my car, and didn't let me carry a thing! Seriously... they were all so nice, I ended up giving them cupcakes from the party :)
