For my sons Bday we rented a bounce house from this company!! I was a little skeptical at first considering they didn't have much reviews and don't come up as a top search result when searching for bounce house rentals in vegas. I really musty say that I was truly impressed with this company. About 2 hours after selecting the bouncer I want I from their website, i got a call from the company's reps, confirming the date time I need the equipment. The equipment was delivered on time and is clean. The bounce house we got was almost brand new, (it held the air well and was nice and firm, its easy to tell when a bouncer has leaks here and there). What I also like is that their staff is in touch with me, confirming if the equipment was setup right, and the balloon maker confirmed his time, then if the the ballon maker arrived on time. That tells me that this is a good company to deal with! I mentioned the balloon maker, which we got. Roger the balloon maker really made the party more enjoyable for the kids and adults. All the kids were entertained by him, he interacted and engaged the kids really well!!! I highly recommend this company.. Im usually not one who'll write reviews, but I figured this could be a good public service for people wanting to rent from a good company and have their special event run as seamless as possible, I will definitely rent from them again. read more

Top notch service. The generator wasn't blowing very strongly at first, but Jamie came back out RIGHT AWAY and fixed everything and gave us a 2nd generator to use at no extra charge! I will always come back to Kangaroo for our next event! read more

I've used Kangaroo Bounce House for my daughter's parties and have had nothing but great experiences. They are always professional, on time, and extremely reliable . If you're looking to rent a bounce house, snow cone machine, or other party equipment, you might find cheaper options out there, but this company is hands down the most dependable I've ever worked with. I've had other places cancel on me at the last minute, prior to Kangaroo Bounce House and they have never let me down. Highly recommend! read more

Awesome and reliable company, always make my kids birthday parties a blast. Can't recommend enough.

This place is AWESOME!! Jaime, the owner, was so responsive! I had to switch my water slide to a bounce house last minute bc of the wind and he did it, no problem. He even left the bouncer there an extra day for everyone to enjoy at NO COST since it was such a busy weekend and he couldn't get to us in time. I also super appreciate that he was honest and talked me about the wind that if it didn't calm down/ he couldn't leave the bouncer and take the risk of hurting someone! I appreciated that he took safety over $$! He was so nice & easy to work with & gave great recommendations. I will totally use them Again! $349 for 2 bounce houses for 2 whole days- I am so happy with this company! read more

Jamie was a pleasure to work with. I had called to find out more information about castle style themed bouncer. I have a 2 car garage driveway and wanted to make sure that this type of bouncer would fit properly. He confirmed the was big enough. I booked right away because he was booking up for the next few weeks. On delivery day, Jamie and his crew of 3 were right on time. It was a little windy so he made sure the all the spokes where posted in the ground securely. Also, he gave me a free upgraded castle bounce with an arch! That was a nice surprise. Once the bouncer was inflated, the crew disinfected the inside and outside. The bouncer smelled so good and clean. We had no mechanical issues or any issues with the wind. My kids and guest were happy. I would highly recommend using Kangaroo Bounce again. read more

Requested online reservation on Friday and never heard back from anybody I called to follow up on Monday and he doubled the price of what my reservation stated. Price went from 189 to 319 but he said I could keep the bouncer all weekend which is not what I needed I only need /want. Just need it for four hours so now I'm back to square one putting me in a tough spot right before my sons birthday thanks a lot Kangaroo Bounce house for stomping on my plans. read more

Always booked my parties with him he is completely amazing, great communication he always made sure his jumpers are clean

Use one of their products for a grandson's birthday big hit. I would recommend this for everybody no matter your age.

I wouldn't recommend having a party there & if you do I wouldn't recommend the child wearing the slippers to host. Everything I was asking of her, like putting my ice cream in the freezer & juice in refrigerator was " no, we can't do that " then she got an attitude when she kept trying to rush my party telling me that we needed to be cleaning up by 345 when I paid for the room until 4; her reason was because I came late! She was totally uninviting, rude & lacked customer service! After getting someone else to chill my things she then irritated me my entire party on when I wanted her to bring the drinks & ice cream out after I told her several times I would let her know! I ended up having to tell them to give me someone else because she was too much! This place isn't even all of that for her attitude and rushing! read more

Ohk so I reached out to Kangaroo Bounce to rent a water bounce for my family reunion. We agreed that they will drop off Friday and pick up Sunday for 429$. Well Friday came and he was not able to set up the bounce house bc he didn't have any sandbags or padding due to the bounce having to be on concrete (mind you the website says can set up on grass or concrete). So we lost a day of bouncing due to not having the proper equipment for set up. The next day Jamie came around noon to set up bouncer and still wanted the 429$ as if he set it up on Friday which we originally agreed too, but since he wasn't prepared that wasn't my fault. Not to have issues and to get the device up I paid him the agreed amount but asked what the latest he can pick up. Jamie said 4pm Sunday which I was fine with considering we didn't get Friday like we originally agreed. On Sunday @ 10am I get a knock on the door from his pick up crew talking about they coming to retrieve the bouncer. It hasn't even been 24 hours from the time it was set up and they already was back for pick up. Of course that didn't fly with me, but what irritated me most was he was only willing to offer me back 40$ refund when I didn't have it for a full day and we agreed to Friday @ 4pm (didn't get there til 5:30pm and still couldn't set up) to Sunday @ 4pm but asked for the full agreed upon amount. I have big events a lot In Vegas but I will NEVER rent from this company again. I gave 1 extra star bc the kids did have fun on it but the business portion was bad. read more

We would definitely rent from this company again. The staff and the owner were amazing. We called around to multiple companies and they by far had the best deal for the service. The kids had an amazing time and everything worked properly. We had no issues whatsoever. They were fast and reliable. Thank you again for all the smiles. read more

Jamie is very nice. The bounce houses are always clean. We have been renting bounce houses with him for 9 years.

This company is exceptional!! The staff was friendly and professional, and the bounce house was clean!! You can't beat the length of time you get to use their products for the price either! We will most definitely be using them again. Thank you for making my daughters party one for the books! read more

This company is amazing, they set it up early for the party and we were able to keep it for over night and they picked it up next day and no charge. They were friendly and on time. The kids had a blast playing in it read more

Kangaroo Bounce Party - Bounce House Rentals Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I used Kangaroo Bounce for my son's 1st birthday party last weekend. Not only were they kind, but they were prompt in their set up and pick up. They thoroughly cleaned the bouncer before they left so the kids had a clean and safe place to play. Also, they stake the bouncer into the ground so you know safety is a priority. I cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them. read more

Kangaroo bounce definitely delivered! This was the second time we've used them. I'll never use another company. My daughter and her twenty friends had a wonderful time with their bouncy house and snow cone machine! Jamie and son were fantastic! Set up and retrieval were both quick and easy and rental was absolutely enjoyed by ALL! Kangaroo Bounces' price beat all other companies hands down; and with the friendly, personable service, confirmed it was the best choice. I used Kangaroo Bounce for a 4th of July party at the house. The kids wanted a waterslide and so I had looked online for a variety of bounce offerings. Kangaroo was one of the first that populated on the google search engine. I had submitted a referral online for a bounce house. The owner had immediately reached out to me within the hour and let me know that the bounce house I had requested was unavailable, but they had another offering. I had accepted and the next day him and his son came out to set it up. The waterslide was huge! It took up pretty much my entire backyard. The kids had soo much fun with it, especially with how hot it was on 4th of July. The owner let us keep the waterslide for 2 full days. The reason why I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is two reasons. 1) the waterslide was really dirty from prior use - with dirt marks all over it. 2) the cost was expensive compared to other bounce house rentals in the vegas valley. Otherwise, if you're looking for a great company to rent a bounce house/water slide from - this is your place! read more

Jaime is the owner and communicated with me the whole time before set up and after. The bounce house says online it's 15x19 or something like that and it's actually somewhat smaller. It fit perfect in my backyard. I recommend using this company for any event you need. read more

Kangaroo Bounce is absolutely the best jump house out there the owner Jaime was very professional and provided the best service I would highly recommend him if you needed anything for a party especially his bounce houses thank you for making my sons party amazing! Best in Las Vegas read more

If 2.5 stars were a thing, that would be my rating. The bounce house was good fun; the kids loved it; my husband loved it even more and spent all afternoon bouncing pre-party, so all good there. Still, I wouldn't recommend the company in terms of overall user experience or pricing. Part of my problem was truly my problem because I failed to measure my yard before ordering what I thought was the smallest bouncer Kangaroo offers based on their website (15 x 15). Then again, whomever I spoke with on the phone would have done me a service by asking what size I needed and clarifying the necessary measurements to get me off my ass and into the yard with a tape measure. Because of my stupid mistake, I agreed to pay $25 extra for him to bring back the smaller bounce house, which I assumed would come out to $115 or less based on the listed $89 price tag for the 15 x 15 bounce house. Instead, my husband paid $130 plus a $10 tip to the owner of the company, putting us a good $60 over budget for the party. When I asked the next day, I found out there's a delivery fee because we are "out of area." I could understand charging a delivery fee if it were ever mentioned either on the website or over the phone when I booked. Of course, had it been mentioned, I would have just looked for a closer company. All the site says is that they deliver all over the valley including where we live. Meh. It's a silly, quibbly thing, but silly, quibbly things are what add up to positive or negative user experiences, right? Why put the onus on the customer to find out all of your fees instead of simply listing them on your site? My only other quibble is that my stupidity over the measurements clearly inconvenienced the owner, who suggested we move the bounce house to the neighbor's yard or the street. It was a joint party, but moving the bounce house would mean moving the party, and that's a pretty major thing to drop on your neighbor a few hours before it starts. And no, I didn't want a bunch of toddlers running around like excited little crazy people in the busy street. Call me overprotective. We also removed the safety pins left in the bouncer before letting the kids in cause--ya know--flying safety pins and two year olds really makes a party! Overall it was just fine, and maybe my pride is just injured from being a dumbass and wasting extra money for no reason, but I feel just a little skeevy after the transaction, so I'll look elsewhere and do my homework next time. read more

I'm giving Kangaroo Bounce 5 stars not only because the bounce house was exactly what I expected or because their customer service was excellent but because when I realized my phone got left in there the owner made sure to keep it safe and made sure it got back to me! Thank you again, I will definitely be referring you and your business! read more

The online reservation process was quick and easy. Got a confirmation text the following day, and then a follow up confirmation call 3 days prior to the event. Everyone was on-time and friendly the day of the event. About an hour after they left, we did have an issue with one of the units, but I was able to get a hold of someone immediately who was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and got it working again. Plus, the problem wasn't even with their unit. Great experience! read more

Kangaroo Bounce came to the rescue when dad forgot to order! We have used them many times over the years and I sent a request online last Thursday for a bouncer on Saturday. Kangaroo Bounce is my new go-to bounce house company! They have an awesome selection of combo bouncers for a more than decent price! The last company I used charged a holiday fee whenever I rented for the 4th of July. I'm so happy I discovered Jaime's establishment. On top of it, you book online and your reservation is confirmed quickly. No deposit is required, and the bouncer is delivered in plenty of time for your party. It is also very clean. I could not be happier with the service & professionalism! I'll definitely be recommending Kangaroo Bounce to my family & friends. read more

Jamie was simply amazing! We had a grand re-opening event at our pediatric dental office and he brought us exactly what the doctor asked for. We asked for 2 water slides, an obstacle course and a dunk tank. He didn't have a dunk tank on his website but that wasn't an issue, he still got us one! Very reasonable price, I called almost everyone in town and he gave us the best price! Our kiddos had an amazing time. Everyone wanted to know where we got our jumpers from because they were amazed by how good they looked. Highly recommended. Thanks guys! We appreciate your great customer service!! :) read more

Great bouncer company! Our party was on Saturday at 11:00am so they dropped off the bouncer for us Friday morning to make sure everything was good and ready to go for our party. I use kangaroo bounce and had the best rental service. The owner, Jaime, not only give me a great price but he showed up when he was supposed to.
