Then I never receive their invoice they email, and I have to follow up a few times. 2. Their delivery/pickup fee is steep. They don't set up, just drop off where you tell them. & they don't break down. It has to be ready at the door for them to grab and go, which is fine, but for $75 fee, I would expect a little more help. Next time I might shop around before accepting. 3. They give you a time they'll be picking up the next day on the invoice. Mine was between 11am-12pm. My recent experience, they showed up 2.5 hours after the invoice said they'd be there to pickup. They never called/emailed/texted to say they'd be 2.5 hours late. They just called around 1pm asking if they could pickup their tables and chairs. Not even offering a discount for my time. Oh well.
