I stopped by Party Vegas last minute to grab balloons and decorations, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I purchased two large number balloons and 10 individual balloons, which came out to almost $60. As soon as I walked out of the store, two of the balloons popped. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to go back in. Then, within 30 minutes of arriving at my destination, one of the number balloons had completely deflated. After checking it, I noticed it had a small tear. At that point, I was already too far to go back, but it was frustrating considering how much I spent. I honestly wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The store itself didn't help the experience either. It was messy, unorganized, and felt cluttered walking in. The decorations were very outdated and not what I expected--especially for something like a retirement setup. The employees were just okay. There was a lot of side conversation going on instead of helping customers, although I will say one gentleman who assisted me was helpful and professional. I'm not someone who usually leaves one-star reviews or asks for refunds, but I wouldn't recommend this place--even for last-minute decorations. read more

Everything here is marked up 500%+ A set of paper plates/napkins/etc of the same exact design can be bought online for $1, whereas they charge $5-6. No wonder brick & mortar stores are dying.. not to mention their zombie crew at 1pm on a Friday. This place is a gem! They have all kinds of party supplies, from lights and decorations to plates, candles, balloons and candies. It's a good size store with A LOT of stuff and the staff are friendly. It is definitely worth visiting if you are planning a party. The only downside I experienced was their balloon inflation service. They charge $2 per balloon and we got 10, but they put a little air in them. My party was the next day and the balloons were already deflating! I'd recommend asking them to add more air to ensure they last longer! read more

Walked in today to look for party supplies for my kid's bday party next week. I had just shopped at Target so I had my shopping bag. The ladies said I couldn't shop unless I left it at the counter - she said it's the law. I corrected her and said, you mean it's your store rules? I put my shopping bag in my tote. If I was going to steal something, I could also easily put it in my tote bag- is there a policy about leaving my tote purse at the front too? I thought it was a little excessive - especially I had the intent in buying a bunch of stuff for my kid's bday. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered the 10 latex balloons for my daughter's birthday, ordering was very easy (I went in store), they were ready when I arrived to pick them up even though I was a bit early, and the customer service was excellent. They have a great selection of balloons and tons of party decor. The only issue I have is whenever I place and online order and come in to pick it up there's usually something wrong or missing. Like today I wen to pick up the bouquet of 10 balloons with a balloon weight and a bag, table top air filled rose gold 60. When I approached the counter and told her my name she just handed me the 10 balloons not on a weight or in a bag. I said I paid for both and she looked so confused and asked me if I had paid for them and I said yes. I had even put the height of the balloons I wanted with the weight which was the table height.
