Suzanne brought me 6 balloons and 3 very small letters balloons and charged over $200. She also charged for set up even though she did not set anything up. I called her to confront her and asked if she would come back to the location because I thought what she had dropped of was a joke. When Suzanne came back she was very argumentive and not willing to see that she had made her customers very unhappy. On top of that, Suzanne grabbed my arm in the middle of our discussion. I did not touch her once or get in her personal space so I do not know why she thought it was appropriate to touch or grab me. She refused to bring more balloons or do anything to appease the situation. The best she said she could do was offer me a credit for future use which I let her know I would NEVER use her company again so she can keep that credit. Suzanne is very unprofessional and sin city balloons is a scam. The pictures on her website do not match what she delivers.
