My T's Brain Freeze rental was spot on! No issues whatsoever. I actually rented the double machine three weeks prior to my event. I chose T's Brain Freeze because of the pricing and no additional delivery fee. I looked at different companies but they wanted a $50 delivery fee on top of the rental. They called when they were behind on delivery due to freeways being shut down, arrived in plenty of time to set up and show me how the machine worked, and it all came on one cart. It was the hit of the party, everyone loved being able to serve up their own slushes-even the kids. We had alcohol on the side for adults. Every time I looked up, there was a kid getting another slushy. All 14 gallons of slushes were gone. T's Brain Freeze picked it up the next day within the timeframe they said they would. I had reached out via phone and left a message, I received a text promptly that they were in an area with bad service and would reach out to us in the AM (it was the end of the day so I didn't see anything wrong with that) I informed Terisa what we were interested in and first thing in the morning I received a call. Booked a machine for my sons first bday party the following week, and she said they would handle the rest! The following weekend they arrived early enough to have everything prepared for the party. They explained in detail exactly how the machine worked and any trouble shooting issues we might have (which we had no issues) got the machine going and we were set. They left us with extra mix if we needed more and only for 20 dollars! The next morning they came to pick up the machine and just like that we were done! I rented form them this past weekend for a bday party. Everything from the 1st phone call to them promptly picking up after the party went perfect. Terisa answered all my questions throughout several phone calls and was patient when we switched flavors. We got the Coca Cola & Pina Colada. Both were excellently flavored with the addition of Jack Daniels & Rum and it was the hit of the party. The machine, cart & fill bucket was in great condition and extremely clean. All of it looked brand new. The cups the provided was perfectly sized for the frozen drinks and we even had room on the cart that they provide to put napkins, straws and we added a bowl of pineapples, toasted coconut and whip cream to top off the Pina Coladas. This was my second time renting from T's Brain Freeze and it was amazing. I rented the frozen drink machine. They are so friendly and polite, they gave me the run through of what switches did what, helped me get everything setup and then headed out. We had a blast the machine was amazing, and the drinks were slushy and delicious. They dropped by the next day to pick everything up and that was it.
