We were out of town and came back to find our freezer door stuck shut with excessive ice buildup, which he defrosted using a steamer, found the defective part, had his colleague stop by the store to pick up and drop off the part, while he kept working at melting the frozen ice away. He was very polite and gave us clear explanations every step of the process, cleaned up the entire area where he worked, and even wiped down the outside of the refrigerator, Lol. I called this company due to my AC not heating and warming correctly. They'd done work for me about…read morea month prior, and I called them back assuming it was from the preexisting issue. They sent a tech out that told me I needed to replace my zone control board. And I was sent a quote for $875. My instincts told me this was unlikely and to get another opinion. I had another company come out, and they immediately located and fixed the problem. It was simply a bad capacitor that altogether cost $228. I called this company and told them their tech was incorrect and they still told me I owed them the $120 service charge regardless of him misdiagnosing the issues. What a joke. I'm soooo glad I didn't give this company $875. I'm almost questioning the $1300 they charged me in labor to install a compressor that was covered under warranty. Not to mention that entire process took over 2 weeks. When I told them their tech was incorrect the employee told me she would not accept that he was incorrect. That's funny because I'm typing this review under the AC he told me would not work without a zone control board replacement..... I'll never do business with this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
