She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

Went through the whole process of paying the first payment online and e-signing my rental agreement and then heard nothing so I called and they didn't even know what computer I had ordered. They only had one online to choose from. I guess their online ordering system is a scam/sham to get you to call or come in. The items they sell you online are not actually what they have in stock. So I told them to cancel my order and they haven't refunded my money yet. I think I am going to have to fight with them to get my first payment back. Rent A Center has horrible service, a horrible online ordering experience, and a horrible refund experience when they don't have what they say they do online. I should have known all rental companies are as bad as used car salesmen, but I need a computer for work at home and I got excited when I saw a computer that had what I needed on their sham ordering website. Now I have to wait for them to return my first payment so I can put that money with other money and try to go buy one outright at a store.
