She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

We were out of town and came back to find our freezer door stuck shut with excessive ice buildup, which he defrosted using a steamer, found the defective part, had his colleague stop by the store to pick up and drop off the part, while he kept working at melting the frozen ice away. She kept me up to date on when to expect my leather sectional. A part was delayed so they delivered the sectional in pieces and put it together on the second visit. After it was delivered I noticed the bottom was torn. Jamie worked with the manager and had the part replaced without question.
