That was the last time I heard from him, at least when he knew it was me calling. I called multiple times and sent text messages. No response. When I called from a different number, he picked up immediately. When I confronted him about it, his excuse was that it was his birthday week. I pointed out that his birthday did not stop him from returning a call he did not recognize. It only stopped him from returning mine. He promised to send an invoice and follow up. He did neither. More calls, more texts, all ignored. He came to my property, caused damage, dodged my calls, screened me by number, and then went completely silent. Reggie came to check and told me the capacitor needed to be replaced. I politely asked if I could replace it myself due to my critical financial situation, and he end up saying yes (as it's a very simple process). I asked multiple times if he was sure or if anything else needed to be inspected, but he insisted it was just the capacitor. He charged me $75 for the visit, which I gladly paid. I replaced the part, but it still didn't blow cold air. I called him back to inform him that his diagnosis was incorrect, and he said he wouldn't return unless I paid him again. I told him that was somehow unfair as he didn't conduct a proper inspection to see if something else needed checking. He started arguing with me rudely and called me a liar, claiming my fan wasn't working when he came, which is a blatant lie. He saw it working when he arrived. He continued to argue and then rudely hung up on me. I called several times, kindly trying to work it out with him but he just kept hanging up on me. He's a horrible, unethical person to deal with.
